Comodo e accogliente! Consigliato!

チェックイン時間厳しすぎでは？
Cons:

チェックインの20分前くらいにホテルに着き、チェックイン手続きも終わったのですが、15時まで朝食を食べる所で待たされました。私の前にも5〜6人いて15時まで待っていました。20〜３０分前くらいだったら部屋に入れてくれてもいぃのでは？
他のホテルでもチェックイン時間ぴったりまで、待ったことはないですが…
かといって、15時になりましたのでお部屋にどうぞという案内もなく…
待っているお客が、時間を見て部屋に行く？みたいな…
部屋の準備が、できているのであれば、臨機応変で対応していただくほうがいぃと思います。
