Pros:

民宿屋況非常好, 房東也親切, 值得推薦... 但因為位於開發區, 週邊沒有商店, 故覓食較不方便

台東火車站可步行抵達
Pros:

民宿老闆的媽媽人很好~時逢中秋節前夕~還請我們吃自製的月餅~幫助我們處理住宿上的需求~~但民宿老闆不接電話也不回電話~這點非常需要改進!!!不然聯絡窗口就應留會接電話的人~~整體來說房間雖小但備品和設備充足~民宿附近沒有商店~進房前要採買好所需物品~距離台東火車站步行約10多分鐘~
