Very impressed with staff and service. Food quality, both dinner and breakfast, was excellent. Lovely building and grounds.
We stayed in an apartment on the the top floor so a lift would have helped. We did know this in advance and it wasn't a huge problem. There did seem to be quite a lot of noise during the night from heating pipes or something like that. Again, not a major problem.
The property was lovely and in a lovely area with plenty of areas for walking our dog. The staff were incredibly helpful and the food was exceptional.
The room could do with a little bit of tlc in terms of touching up paint but did not detract from our stay.
I've stayed a few times and its always nice to come back.
Huge rooms, very clean, lovely grounds and importantly for me quiet at night for a great nights sleep.

Great location and lovely staff. Grandson loved Easter Egg Hunt, great coffee and cakes able to sit inside with double buggy and dog so ideal for us!
Nothing really, very small wardrobe and lack of storage for clothes, coat hooks would be great. Stayed in a studio this time.

Tired room with unsafe flooring that was water damaged and with trip hazards.
We were woken at 5.05am by noise outside our room window which the reception desk said was a waste contractor collecting rubbish. Don't believe that was the truth as only one metal cage was involved.
A stunning building with lovely grounds to explore. Staff very helpful and friendly. Delicious food in the Orchard Brasserie. Great atmosphere.
