4 nights in Malmö as a couple with a 4yo in February
Pros:

We stayed four nights with our 4yo daughter.
The apartment matches the description. It is well equiped, functional and cozy.
The location was great. A few minutes walk to either playground, supermarket, restaurant and busstop. We easily walked to the trainstation as well (~20min).
We loved the breakfast at "Le boxx Café": The staff was the nicest. The breakfast options were the best (a large variety of drink and food choices) and for a reasonable price (99sek/9€ per person and free for kids).
Bonus points dor the hammock and wifi in the apartment!

Cons:

Unfortunately, I found the cleanliness to be unsatisfying. Hairs in the bathroom, dirty toiletbrush, limestone, dirty kitchen, dead bugs.
We found it to be quite hot at night (end of february) and noisy, it might therefore not be suited for people with sleepissues.
We tried to contact customer service to rent a bike but never got a response to our messages. The bed four our daughter was not made.
I feel like the service could have been better but all in all it was ok for the price (in comparison to "standard" hotels).
This apartment is cozy (as in very small) so I would recommend it if you plan on sightseeing and mainly going out.
It is definitely not suited for people with reduced mobility: two sets of stairs in the apartment.

Overall a good stay, good place but some issues with the door.
Pros:

Close to town, comfortable, kitchen and fridge good

Cons:

Our door at 114 would not lock on a regular basis when we leave the room. The lock needs to be looked at. The stairs inside are slippery and we almost fell a couple of times. Put some non skids on them. Toilet paper holder is coming off the wall when we arrived. Needs to be fixed. We could not get the 2nd burner to turn on with the first burner on as well. Needs to be fixed. Bed comfortable, bathroom was well lit.

Pros:

Ich bin immer wieder sehr gerne im Ohboy-Hotel! Ich mag die Ausstattung, das Moderne u Funktionale, das Bike, die Lage. Alles sehr stimmig für mich.

Cons:

Die Tür für die Mülltonnen ging nicht auf u niemand vom "Personal" hat auf meine Nachfragen reagiert. Nervig. Manchmal wirkt diese Unterkunft doch wie ein Geisterhaus.

Perfect place to stay in Malmo
Pros:

Really cool space and layout. Very clean and comfortable. Location was great. The accommodation went over and above and allowed us to check out a little later due to a late flight. They also gave us another bike as there was two of us. Would 100% recommend

Worst Stay Ever
Cons:

There is no reception area. If you arrive earlier than the checkin time, there is no place to leave your bags. They only give you an email and phone number but nobody picks up the phone or responds to mails in time. There was no info on the breakfast so I sent 2 emails. They only got back to me after my check out. I was instructed to empty the waste bins and empty them to a nearby garbage room by myself.

I’d stay again, especially in the summer when the bike rental would be amazing to use.
