Hotel Ñame and location were wrong!
Pros:

I booked this hotel for my wife. The address was incorrect. My wife had to call the number listed and they gave her the new address. The name of the hotel was different and the address they gave her over the phone was at different location so she spent more than 2 hours in a cab going to both locations.

SOBREVENDE EL HOTEL Y NIEGAN HOSPEDAJE YA PAGADO
Pros:

Llegue al hotel a las 9 de la noche y me informaron que a pesar de que mi reserva figuraba como garantizada por Hoteles.com, ellos no tenían habitaciones disponibles y culparon a la plataforma de Hoteles.com de sobre vender el hotel. Tuve que discutir largo tiempo por la devolución del dinero pagado con mi tarjeta y no logre nada porque según el hotel eran los señores de Hoteles.com quienes me habían cobrado y no ellos.

El lugar no es malo pero me ofrecieron una habitación la cual estaba sucia fui a hacer el reclamo me cambiaron de habitación pero deberían de poner más cuidado a eso ya q se presentan estás incomodidades gracias

Nice boutique hotel
Pros:

Had to stay in another hotel the first night because of a repairs. Was more like a hostel not a hotel. Once I moved back the stay was great and the food in restaurant was excellent

You get what you pay for
Pros:

I got a super good deal or I wouldn't have went with this hotel to begin with. If you don't get an amazing price don't do it as there are much better hotels to stay at. A lot of things were not working such as the cable, outlets, and safe.

Avoid at all costs!!!
Pros:

Situated on top of a loud restaurant playing loud music every morning. Also on a street where you can hear every car and motorcycle. Reserved the room for 2 adults and was surprised to see that I was charged an additional 60,000 pesos for having someone stay with me one of the nights. The hotel didn't care that I made the reservation for 2 adults, they charged me anyway causing me to run late for my flight upon checkout. No warm water on the faucet, only cold. Lighting in the room was poor. Stayed in many hotels in Bogotá at the same star level and price including in that area and this was by far the worst.
