Old town square premium apartments

Friendly, uncomplicated, all perfect

This was a decent stay (MC6 on the square). The apartment is very cleanand staff are helpful. You only get one body towel and one hand towel per pertain and one duvet and one pillow. If you request extras they impose a $20 fee. The building was quiet but more often than not the security doors left ajar and anyone could enter the building.

These people treat us really badly. Expedia contacted them several times regarding moving our reservation to another week because someone in our party had Covid and we had to postpone the trip.
Expedia customer service contacted them at least three different times (while I was in the chat with them) and they always said that "the reservations people is gone for the day", it doesn't matter at what time you called them.
Three days before arriving I decided to contact them directly just to find out that "because of the short time advice you can't do anything". So basically they tell you always to call later until it is too late. Worst customer service ever, AVOID STAYING HERE.

Nicht gut ersichtlich daß die Rezeption ganz wo anders ist.
Kostest echt viel Zeit .

It was perfect ubication nice apartment.

Lejligheden ligger helt perfekt i gåafstand til de fleste seværdighederne
Lejligheden mangler dog udluftningsmuligheder. Der var tæt på 30 grader inden og vinduer er kunne ikke åbnes på øverste plan, hvor man skulle sove.
Praktisk set er der kun et soveværelse, de øvrige sovepladser er i samme rum, hvor man opholder sig.
Lejligheden egner sig derfor bedst til familier med yngre børn.
Der stod i vores materiale, at opholdet var med rengøring, det var det ikke.
Men vi havde dog nogle dejlige dage i Prag, det kan ingen tage fra os ❤️

The place we stayed at was super nice and great location. My only complaint was something bite me in the middle of the night and made my foot swell up like a Easter Ham! I couldn’t walk the next day. I looked under the bed and it looked like a dust bunny farm- hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time

Ale oferta szczegolnie dot.parkingu nieadekfatna do stanu oferty.Po prostu parking musisz sam sobie znaleźć, a w ofercie jest zaznaczone że parking znajduje się na terenie obiektu.Duży minus za to.

It was directly in the center of everything that j needed and very accessible as well.

Die gebuchte Unterkunft auf Expedia stimmte nicht mit der Unterkunft überein, die wir dann letztendlich erhalten haben. Da wir nur für eine Nacht da waren, war es uns egal, da es uns der Aufwand nicht wert war. Trotzdem ein Rat an alle Reisenden, die über Expedia ein Appartment von Old Town Square buchen. Bitte unbedingt beim check-in abklären ob es auch wirklich das Appartment ist, welches gebucht wurde. Ich werde Appartments in Zukunft jedenfalls nicht mehr über Expedia buchen, sondern über die Konkurrent, da weiß ich, was ich bekomme.

La locación es la mejor! Las recamaras son grandes y todo muy limpio. Lo recomiendo.

Very nice apartment and clean

Excellent location next to the tube but the sleeping part needs an upgrade. Loud airco from the other building and facing a terrace very noisy during weekend. Matraces very used

部屋に入ってからは非常に快適だった。部屋数は多く、3人での旅行だったが1人1部屋で寝れるほど

De ligging van dit appartement is geweldig!
Uitzicht vanuit twee raampjes op het Oude Stadsplein.
Ons appartement was op de vierde verdieping. Heel ruim met drie tweepersoonsbedden. Open ruimte met gebinten maakt het sfeervol.
Receptie is 5 minuten lopen.

위치 최고. 모든 곳이 도보로 가능. 올드타운을 그대로 느낄 수 있음 .
유럽 아파트 치고 관리가 잘 되어있긴함 .
다만 이런 아파트의 고질적인 문제인 열쇠가 많이 헛돌아서 현관 앞에서 시간 꽤 날림 ㅋㅋ
인덕션이 지 멋대로 꺼졌다 켜졌다 해서 라면 하나 끓여먹기가 힘들었으나 애초에 별 기대 안하고 가서 뭐..
온수는 한번 샤워 하면 30분에서 1시간 정도는 기다려야돼서 먼저 씻는 사람이 유리함
엘레베이터 있음 . 수건은 인당 2장씩 준비됨
그래도 전체적으로 관리가 (유럽치고) 잘 되어있는 아파트이고 리셉션이 24시간? 운영되어 있어서 안전하다는 느낌을 받음.
리셉션 장소와 아파트가 떨어져 있지만 10분 이내의 거리에 있어서 가까운 편이고
체크아웃은 오전 8:30이후를 권장함
디파짓은 100유로임 (현금)
다소 밖이 시끄럽긴 한데
이 가격에 이 정도면 아주 훌륭함

I accidentally booked the no cancellation. Then, I read a lot of bad reviews about Old Town Square Premium right after I booked this apartment. I got worried when I read that they ask for deposit before your stay and would not return the deposit when you check out. All the bad reviews I read where not true.

I booked for a pick up ride from the railway to the main building. Old Town Premium Square gave us their cell no so I could contact them via WhatsApp. They reply instantly everytime I have a query. The apartment we got was right across the Old Town Square. It was centrally located and the sIze of the apartment was huge. The beds were very comfortable. There were no shampoo, conditioner (there was soap ) but we were informed about it prior to our stay. We were also given a recommended list of restaurants, where to change your money to their currency, and the map. We tried some of the restos and they were really good. Beware of the money changer. Rates should be 24-25. If you changed your money at a low rate, you still have 3 hours to return it back.

Regarding the deposit, if you check out in the main building, they will return it back to you. Since we did not want to go to the main building anymore, the cleaner met us on our check out date and time and brought the deposit to the apartment. I asked for pick up at the apartment to the airport and the driver picked us up at the designated time and place.
