The location was good.

Cons:

The service was not good. The air condition did not work in the bedroom. It took 3 days to get the remote control. When we arrived ww were told there is no fresh water for drinking for customers. They run out of the bottled water. When we left they told us that they have water for costomers. Especially in the reception many of the staff members were rude when you asked for anything

Nada. Solo el personal que trabaja en el bar es muy atento.

Cons:

Ubicado lejos de todo. No hay nada por esa zona. Desayuno poca variedad. Las cámaras de seguridad están de "adorno", no funcionan, lo cual hubiera sido útil porque sufrimos un hurto y no pudimos contar con la grabación.

Pésima y muy costoso

Nada las fotos y comentarios que ustedes muestran no son reales no tienen que ver con la realidad vivida, además el cobro del hospedaje fue demasiado costoso a lo que son las instalaciones y no fue incluido el desayuno , sabiendo que solo ofrecía esa comida ya que la de almuerzo o cena era para personal escogido, el trato y respeto de la recepcionista fue irrespetuoso, la piscina en pésimo estado,la distancia del hotel al centro es de una hora en bus y en servicio de taxi es costoso sale entre $89 y 90 mil pesos , las fotos que booking tiene del sitio fueron tomadas hace más de tres años ,pésimo y fue la noche que me cobraron fue la más costoso hablando con los huéspedes qué lástima haber omado la opción de ustedes que engaño gracias
