Keine gute Wahl
Pros:

Es war nicht weit zum Flughafen. Mit Auto war das abends ganz okay.

Cons:

Wenn man auf das Shuttle angewiesen ist, dann viel Glück! Wir mussten am Ende nach ewiger vergeblicher Wartezeit entnervt ein Uber vom Flughafen nehmen. Wir hatten extra das Auto am Hotel gelassen, da es ja ein Shuttle geben sollte, und wir dies für einen Tagesausflug nach Miami nutzen wollte. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war auch nicht die allergrösste Hilfe und eine Entschuldigung für das Chaos gab es nie.
Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, und wir haben schon so einige Hotels erlebt...es fehlte an elementaren Dingen.

Pros:

Localização perto do aeroporto;
Estacionamento gratuito (embora ao fim de semana se chegasse tarde já não havia lugar);
Quarto limpo e confortável.

Cons:

Fui informada no check in que só passariam a limpar o quarto no 3º dia, mas que poderia pedir toalhas na receção. Qual não é o meu espanto quando na noite seguinte fui pedir toalhas na receção e dizem que já não teem toalhas disponíveis.. após bastante indignação e repudio, arranjaram-me 2 toalhas de piscina por especial favor.. Como é que um hotel não garante toalhas para todos os hóspedes, que é só uma coisa essencial?
Pequeno almoço muito fraco, pouca variedade.
Funcionários pouco simpáticos.
Os cortinados não tapam a claridade, pelo que não consegui descansar como deve ser.
Festas latinas todas as noites, barulho infernal.

My stay at Wingate was affordable and convenient but the customer service was disappointing.
