Cleanliness
7.3
Mixed signals in reviews: several guests praise 'súper limpio' and 'clean', but there are multiple reports of dirty rooms, hair on bedding and needing room changes. Overall slightly below the hotel's average.
Service
8
Generally helpful staff and reliable airport shuttle noted, but there are complaints about unfriendly/`despota` staff, broken promises (crib not provided) and check-in delays; overall service leans positive with some notable failures.
Location
9.6
Consistently praised: close to the airport, good access to restaurants/shops and ample parking mentioned. Location is one of the strongest aspects.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms described as comfortable and spacious with good beds by many, but others found marked/worn or dirty rooms and had to change rooms. Decent but inconsistent.
Amenities
6.5
Several amenity issues reported: weak breakfast offering, gym lacking free weights, noisy lobby bar, elevator card access and occasional parking congestion; amenities underperform relative to location and value.
Value for Money
9.3
Multiple reviewers call it good value/affordable and recommend it; perceived as strong value given location and comfortable basics.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Frequent complaints about breakfast quality and limited variety (bland eggs, poor juice, missing items); a consistent weak point in guest feedback.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall impressions are positive due to location, comfort and value, but recurring issues (breakfast, occasional cleanliness lapses, noisy bar and service inconsistencies) keep the experience from being excellent.

Hace un tiempo era bueno, ahora no.
Pros:

La ubicación

Cons:

Han desmejorado mucho, tanto el desayuno como la atención. Solicitamos una cuna desde que se hizo la reserva e incluso al hacer el check in y quedaron en dárnosla y no lo hicieron.

Pros:

The breakfast was horrible and the only think that impressed me was walking into the lobby it was very much updated but the rest of the hotel can use a facelift

Cons:

The rooms were dirty and the walls are all marked up, we changed rooms 3 times and there was nothing different about them, thank God I only stayed one night
