Pros:

La chica de recepción fue muy amable y nos dio todo tipo de explicaciones para visitar sitios. Fue muy maja.

A wonderful base for exploring Cantabria.
Pros:

We spent three days at this property and had a wonderful stay. The building is a beautiful old mansion with plenty of character. Our room was very spacious, bright, and included a desk, which was perfect since we both had to work during our stay. One of us worked in the room while the other enjoyed working in the beautiful garden.
The receptionist was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, even offering us an extra cup of coffee whenever we wanted one.
Although the breakfast selection was the same each morning, it was varied, fresh, and delicious. The property is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and the charming town itself is only about a 25-minute drive from Santander.

It was a truly lovely place to stay, and we would happily come back.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, but only when sitting at the tables near the reception. When we moved to the tables further back in the garden so we wouldn't disturb other guests having breakfast, the signal became quite weak.

Estancia muy tranquila en Solares
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, muy variado y pudimos tomarlo fuera, en el jardín.
La habitación estaba bien.
El personal fue muy atento y nos indicaron diferentes actividades para realizar en Santander.
Se trata de un palacio del s. XVII, es muy bonito e incluso tiene pegado al hotel, una capilla en la que estaban oficiando misa.

HOTEL CON GRAN PERSONAL
Pros:

Tuvieron el detalle de cambiarnos de habitación por una de mejores condiciones, por dificultades. También nos guardaron unos quesos en refrigeración. Muy atentos en todo momentos y serviciales.

Cons:

Se deben instalar equipos de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones al menos en la planta superior, aunque es cierto que hay ventilador de techo, pero cuando hay olas de calor, la temperatura es elevada.

Un sitio para repetir.
Pros:

Desde el trato del personal, el cuál fué exquisito, hasta la tranquilidad que se respiraba en el sitio. Lo cierto es que no tengo ninguna queja.

El patio es muy agradable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y la ventana era muy pequeña, por lo que, aunque había un ventilador, no era suficiente.

Hotel con encanto
Pros:

Es un hotel con encanto en un edificio histórico precioso. Tiene un patio maravilloso donde poder desayunar o tomar algo. Personal muy amable. Una experiencia muy recomendable.

Cons:

Debido al tipo de edificio no hay ascensor y los cuartos de la última planta son muy abuhardillados, lo que hace que las dimensiones de la habitación se reduzcan considerablemente. No hay armario donde colgar ropa larga, baño pequeño y ducha estrecha. Aún así, repetiría.
