The staff are what really make this hotel! Elsa, Panos, Vissi - our hotel was exceptional and you guys helped make it that way!!!

The privat Pool was amazing. Thank your the Trip at your Hotel. Everything was Perfect and the Food was very Tasty.

This property is a family all inclusive hotel, the locals come here with there kids.
Nice place, rooms were big, need to update, bathroom needed a little fixing. but it served our purpose.

Pros : Close to the airport and to some attractions. Food and drinks were good.

Cons: it's more of a budget resort than a 4 or 5 star

Everything about the hotel was brilliant. Would not hesitate to come here again.

Staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived until we left, nothing was any trouble when we needed to move to a lower level due to my knee problems. Food was plentiful and most day a good variety. The entertainment could do with improving but was okay. Will definitely be back in the future.

If you were not ready for the cleaning lady to come in then she wouldn’t come back on the same day. Also very often forgot about putting toilet paper and hand wash. Had to go to reception to remind them. Overall very nice holiday there.

The hotel was fantastic the staff were very attentive for everybody's needs.the hotel was close to the strip which was very busy for October we went out for a few times and enjoyed ourselves would recommend this hotel as very comfortable rooms and food was fantastic with different choices every day.

Nicely decorated rooms and communal spaces and great service from the team who work there including the chefs who produced the best quality of mass produced meals that I've experienced.

Although, I would rate the hotel as three stars due to small issues such as the occasional smell of sewerage in our room, we had a wet room instead of a bath and there wasn't a proper door to the bathroom, instead just a frosted panel of glass which didn't stretch from floor to ceiling - I don't fancy pooing in the same room that my partner is in or scheduling our toilet use as another option!

In addition I wasn't mad for the selection of drinks. I cannot comment on the alcolohic drinks but the juice was more akin to squash or a flat fizzy drink (orange) - yummy but not the real deal and full of sugar.

The hotel staff were very helpful - they booked our transport and offered suggestions and chat when appropriate. I also commend the cleaners as the resort and rooms were very well kept.

The hotel is a short walk from the seafront and next to a strip of tourist shops / supermarkets / restaurants- not a pleasent area at all, but it is not the fault of the hotel! On the strip we purchased a boat tour which cost €25 per person for a coach across the island and for 4 hours on the boat - we recommend this as an opportunity to see the coast, shipwreck and the countryside.

Very good overall experience, only one evening we had to wait 25 minutes for a table in restaurant for our evening meal, as bad weather was causing guests to remain longer at tables once they'd eaten.
Cannot fault hotel at all.

Great holiday in Zante staying at this hotel. The staff are so friendly even management are so helpful. The rooms are clean although the toiletries are limited and the hairdryer was at one end of the room and the mirror at the other so luckily I had my own hairdryer. Not all rooms are the same as my friend had the hairdryer and mirror together. Entertainment was sparce and the drinks are weakened down, but plenty entertainment in the main street 2 mins away. Two pools to choose from and a baby pool. 5 mins walk to the lovely sandy beach. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

We stayed for 10 days from 23rd August to 2nd September - 2 adults and our 10 year old son. The room was clean and modern, set up with an additional single bed next to our double, had a TV with Greek channels, a fridge with ice compartment, double sinks and large mirror next to the wet room with toilet and rain shower, which could be switched to a handheld attachment if required - very handy and a nice touch. Cleaners came every day and on demand (broke a glass!) and freshened everything up.

The food was varied in the buffet style restaurant, great breakfasts - cereals, fruit, breads, yoghurts and continental, full English with a choice of fried or scrambled eggs, nice bacon and OK sausages. Coffee machines doing decent espresso and lattes, PG Tips and Herbal teas and juice dispensers - apple, orange and grapefruit.

Same for Lunches and Dinners - varied with lots of salads, cheese and cold cuts, soup of the day and various hot dishes buffet style - if not to your taste, leave it and get something else. You can help yourself to desserts,hot beverages, juices, water, red and white wine (not the greatest) and lager on tap nearby. Bar alcohol is weaker than usual but OK

There are two pools - a smaller quiet rectangular one near the apartments and a larger figure of 8 pool in the family area crossed by a bridge to the Pool Bar and games area - pool table and table tennis, snacks after lunch, toasties, hotdogs, rolls, ice cream etc.

Staff are amazing and helpful, truly LOVELY!

It is a reasonably comfortable hotel near a nice beach very close and pools for all.
Rooms are tops with most comfortable beds(no waist pain in the morning, I promise).
Plentiful food to get sick of it, although main evening meal might need a little taking care of for quality.
Evening events excellent and all sorts of drinks never ending.
I was refreshed.

Stayed here for 10 days,Very good modern hotel,room very nice and,all the staff were great all worked very hard, food was nice.

Only thing in my opinion was there was no entertainment which is downfall for Exotica.
