Pros:

I didn’t check in because I was told I didn’t have booking. Yet I had confirmation from Expedia. I was told hotel was full. Good enough out of the hotel staff assistance I got another hotel where I could spend a night. It was bad to arrive at night and you are told you have no booking that should be done much earlier.

A safe bet
Pros:

This was a pleasant stay in a nice, safe, secure property. Location was nondescript although fairly close to the source of the Nile. Amenities very limited but lovely gardens and very secure. Good value.

Pros:

Hotel great location apart from the road into the hotel . It was in a bad state as all the roads in Uganda are in a poor condition . The room was ok but could do with a update . The staff were very friendly and so helpful , they made the Hotel a good place to be

Pros:

Very secure, staff went the extra mile with assisting us with booking rafting and car transfers. There was no hot water and the WiFi was pretty sketchy. Apart from that it was comfortable enough for what we needed.
