Excellent stay in a very welcoming place!
Pros:

The excellent service and professionalism of the staff. The value for money was far better than any other hotel in the area.

The people, from entry to reception to breakfast team to cleaner…. Welcoming by real smile….thank you very much. On last day, the sales & marketing director, Mrs. Eden, joint us for after breakfast coffee to get our feedback…. Excellent work

It was a good stay and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

It's just recommendations
When I returned in my room at 6 p.m, all the lights were on. So the hotel must align with environmental protectin practice. By doing simple actions like switching off the light, etc when the customers are not in the room, the hotel will not only provide environmental protection but will also sensitise them who will in turn appreciate your ideology.

There was little menu for vegetarian people.

Good WiFi, no temperature control, ordinary hotel with great airport shuttle service.

Pros:

It was ok.

Cons:

Staff was friendly but not very responsive. Bathroom was super old and not in good condition. There was no fridge in the room. Also, I requested a taxi from the hotel. They requested it for me, and I trusted would be a taxi I could trust and I was robbed.
