Super schönes Hotel, das Personal immer freundlich und die Poollandschaft hervorragend.

position & facilities suited us well, staff friendly & helpful, fabulous food & room comfortable.

This would be a very nice place to stay for a few days. It has great spa facilities and we found there were many families with children. We stayed only one night. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Having to change our plans last minute meant that we were going to arrive quite late - but we were surprised that not only did someone wait for us to check-in, but that a little late night dinner was also set aside for our arrival, even meeting my dietary needs.
The service just got better and better - from a packed breakfast on our race day to a special serving of chocolate ice cream.
We loved the sauna facility, the pools and the fitness center. So much to do, so little time.
Even on check out, the hotel took our race gift certificates.
Too impressed for words! Oh, and did I mention the stunning views!?!

Dit is geen goedkoop hotel (hadden halfpension) dus onze verwachtingen waren hoog. De kamers zijn goed en schoon. De wellness is fantastisch, aan alles is gedacht en het is schoon. Het eten is goed maar niet bovengemiddeld. Wat ons heeft gestoord is het niveau van gastvrijheid. Misschien mag je daar niet te veel van verwachten in een groot hotel als dit maar in Oostenrijk zijn we gewoon anders gewend. Diner wordt in razend tempo geserveerd, het afbouwen van het buffet (ochtend en avond) begint voor het officiële einde, check out is om 10 uur (??) en de chefin die rondliep straalde niet uit dat ze het met veel plezier deed. Dit hotel bewijst dat gastvrijheid over zoveel meer gaat dan een mooie kamer of lekker eten het gaat er om of je, je welkom voelt.........

This is an amazing property in the valley surrounded by mountains for hiking, running or cycling. The food for the board we purchased was fabulous. This hotel is like a ground bound 4-5 star cruise ship. We loved it and would attend again and just might;0).

Perfekte Entspannung von Beginn an garantiert freundliches Personal und ein klares Konzept den Gast zufrieden zu stellen.
Immer eine Reise wert.

Schöne sehr saubere Zimmer, etwas Altbacken aber dennoch Top.
Das Personal ist super freundlich.
Gesamte Anlage ist eigentlich ein Traum.
Essen ist einfach perfekt.

The hotel is nice and clean with all the facilities. Clean rooms and good standard size. Good food but they need to add to the menu some choices of vegan ( there is only vegetarian dishes). The disappointing part was that they allocated us the comfort double rooms while we’ve paid for double deluxe bedrooms. However the receptionist agreed and offer us to change the room or to refund the difference.

Also there is hard to find the gym within the hotel as you have to pass through the restaurant. No staff around to ask.

Apart of these things the hotel is nice and I would recommend it as it deserves more than 4stars.

I've recently spent a week with my mum at this resort and I can definitely recommend it, in fact, it's one place I have to visit again for sure.

The breakfast was mostly as one would expect; there was a variety of everything: cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, breads, fruits, a couple of cakes and pastries as well as eggs (boiled, scrambled or omelettes), bacon/sausages etc. The food itself seemed to be of excellent quality - tasty, no funny tastes etc.

Dinner was superb: each day a different type of soup, main courses and desert were served. I particularly appreciated that there was always something local (Knödel, Spätzle etc). Again, food was masterfully prepared and of excellent quality.

The rooms were very spacious (we did get a suite though), elegantly furnished, clean and generally practical.

In terms of entertainment and leisure, the hotel boasts facilities for people of every age: saunas/spa, pools, games room (with bowling), library, a riding hall and chapel nearby etc. I honestly wish I had more time to spend inside.

Finally, but not any less importantly, the staff were terrific - always super friendly and very helpful (in particular Celine, Ingrid and Sibel - as well as the restaurant staff and Claudia from the stables).

Extrem große Hotelanlage in wunderschöner Landschaft gelegen. Mit Tennis- und Vollyballhalle, sowie Schwimmbad, Spaßbad und Saunalandschaft. Das Hotel ist ausgesprochen Familienfreundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet und das Abendessen bietet eine riesige Auswahl an Leckereien, alles was das Herz begehrt.
Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder für einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel entscheiden.

Wir haben ein traumhaftes Wochenende verbracht, mit Langlauf, Wellness und gutem Essen.

am anfang war mir der hinweis wo geht's hin schlecht beschrieben (Speiseraum Sauna )aber sonst ein wunderschönes hotel

Hotel welches teils den Glanz der alten Tage verloRen hat, so gibt es z.B. Den ganzen Tag über keine Bar, an der man sich Getränke o.ä. Holen könnte. Auch fehlte uns für ein 4Sterne Sup. Hotel der Room Service oder zumindest eine gut sortierte Mini Bar. Kühlschrank war zwar vorhanden, jedoch lediglich mit 2 kleinen Flaschen Wasser gefüllt.
Das Essen ist maximal Durchschnitt. Wiederum sehr gut gefallen hat der Wellness und Kann nderbereich
