They do have a small parking lot, with a public access bar on top. Make sure you snag a parking spot before it’s all full.

Our stay was wonderful, with a top view of the beach and walking distant from the beach. There is several fast food/restaurants in walking distance as well.


While checking in, it was a breeze, no issues very sweet staff.

Such a cool historic hotel and walking distance to the main beach entry and boardwalk. The rooftop bar and restaurant had spectacular views and food! Go! You’ll love it! I’ve told everyone that I know about it!

Pros: Affordable. Friendly staff. The rooftop was nice and the location is great. Close to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants and activities.
Cons: Bedding was soiled, room was dated and needed a deep cleaning. We had to switch rooms because housekeeping wasn’t available. Couldn’t park in the paved lot and had to park in a grassy area behind the property which was an inconvenience and seemed sketchy at night. Definitely a party hotel. Very noisy.

All was good overall

This mostly falls on the city, not the hotel, but they really need to do a better job on controlling the homelessness. Not that they are all going to attack you but my girlfriend who's never been to Daytona was a little scared as we walked and just saw them everywhere. She felt very unsafe.

Great art deco vibes. Only issue was sink water pressure.

I was charged twice

The staff was pleasant but the white chair they have in the room is in desperate need of cleaning and didn't even want to sit in it. The walls had so many spots of chipped paint along with dirty marks on the walls. White paint shouldn't be used. Great area.

Great price for so close to the best parts of the beach. But rooms are small, dark and not well cleaned. Tons of non-smoking signs but the room smelled of smoke.

Got here a little early and the staff was very accommodating! They let us park in the parking area until the room was ready. Extremely clean hotel! Walking distance to many things. Staff went above and beyond helping me find a great Mexican restaurant. Definitely will be staying here again,!!

They really made my fiance's 45th birthday special with a room upgrade and champagne. The rooftop lounge is a vibe. Will definitely make this our go to spot in Daytona.

Loved the rooftop bar and music! So much to do within 1-2 miles. Beach access across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms need upgrades but beds were super comfortable. Pool area can use some love as well.

When we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the front desk and there were two parties waiting ahead of us. We waited about 5 minutes and asked the other parties if they'd at least seen someone and they responded that they hadn't. I decided to call the hotel on my cell phone to see if someone would come answer the phone and that's when a lady showed up finally. I hung up so she would start helping the guests.
The room we were assigned was in steerage, the basement floor, room 109. We got to the room and one of the pillows looked like it had been slept on, and the sheets looked like they'd been slept on. The coverlet at the end of the bed was filthy with 'something' on it.
I went back to the front desk and showed her the photos of the bedding, she did 'upgrade' us to a city view room, room 306 (which is what I reserved in the first place) without any additional cost she said... well I should hope not, since that's what I booked online. When we got to the upgraded room, it was sparse furnishings, one lone stacking chair to sit on other than the bed, the room was in disrepair. The floor had a cherry stem at the end of the bed, and the sink at the counter was dirty with some sludge running down the side. Needless to say, we did not stay the night. Since we had an event to go to, we used the room to store our belongings until after the event, then drove the 1.5 hours home so as not to have to stay.
We stayed there before, with no complaints... things are different now!

The hotel was ok, it was the people that rented there. They were up all times of night in the hallway making lots of noise. I didn't get any sleep. There was no microwave

Room was absolutely clean , bathroom was a perfect size with a walk in shower that was spotless , the atmosphere was calming and the air was refreshing. The lady at the front desk i didn’t get her name but she has short dirty blonde hair she was absolutely amazing and carried a decent conversation with me overall I had a perfect stay
