Mega uncomfortable beds unless you like sleeping on a rock.
Pros:

Location is in a nice and lively neighborhood, facilities are very clean and you can leave your luggage after the check-out.

Cons:

The most stiff and uncomfortable bed on ly Japan tour so far - felt like sleeping on a rock. Blankets were very thin and I felt cold all night.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, responsiveness and management. I loved this property. Stayed there for six days and it was my first visit to Japan. I neither knew the language nor the rules. And I faced not a single problem because of their exceptional customer care. I missed a flight and reached there to check in at around midnight. They did not miss a beat and managed it perfectly.

Cons:

The lack of space to walk around in the room and having to crawl into bed and crawl out. Also I had to spend all the time I was in the room lying down due to there being no room to even stand.

The capsule itself is comfy

Only 1 private shower, rest are public bath.
The mattress is hard.

うるさくて寝られない。（いびきとかではない音が想定外だった）
Pros:

ロケーションと金額が良かった。

Cons:

音に悩まされた。特に周りの人が出す音がうるさかった。
わざとじゃないのか?と思うくらいドタドタと歩く音（静かに歩けばいいのに）で何度も起こされた。
入口のシャッターを勢いよく開ける音がかなりうるさい（自分は気をつけて少し空けるくらいにしてしてたがそれでも予想以上の音がした。防犯上は良いかのかもわからないが音を気をつけない客が多すぎて落ち着かない）。
部屋のそばで3分くらい喋っている海外の人が2名いて思わずシャッター空けてうるさいよと声をかけたがそういう事を言わないで済むところ（言い合いになって事件になる可能性が増えるのは勘弁、自分だけじゃなくほかの人がなる可能性も増えそう）に今度から泊まろうと思いました。カプセルホテルは昔よく泊まっていたこともありいびきとかは想定内でしたが今は外国人がいるからこれが当たり前になってしまったのかなと想像したが実際に寝られないんじゃ安くたって意味がないのでもう来ないかな。シャッター音を計測してみたらいかがですか？かなり大きい音でこれだけでも改善したらよいと思います。受付時におしゃべりの注意をしているようですので追加でドタドタ歩かないようにとシャッターの開ける音についても注意するのも加えたらいかがかなと思いました。改善されたら快適に過ごせて集客もさらに上がるかもしれませんね。
