Hotel Eden

To be honest we never made it to this hotel. We couldn't get our visas due to COVID 19. We contacted hotels.com to help us cancel. When they phoned the hotel, the hotel did not answer. Hotels.com told us we had to call the hotel ourselves. They never answered us either, nor replied to our emails. We have not received our refund. I am livid that hotels.com would associate with a company that refuses to not only acknowledge a problem, but refuses to to even reply. Why would you want to do business with such an entity? It tells me hotels.com has no integrity. We will never use them again.

Kundenservice ist einfach nicht existent. Man kann niemanden erreichen - und als über das Expedia Portal doch eine Nachricht kam, war diese absolut nicht hilfreich.

Like: the absolute perfect location! just a short walk to the Red square. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby, the metro station is just 100 m away.

Dislike: my room is tiny. The pictures in booking sites are misleading.

The hotel was in a strategic position, very clore to the center and to the Red Square. The staff was absolutely kind and available. The rooms are bright, the bathroom was clean and new and the bed is very comfortable. The price of the structure is truly honest and convenient. Anyway be careful, the walls are very thin so don't be too loud because all your neighbors will listen to you!

Perfect location, very central.

A really nice little place, off Solyanka, so close to lots of great bars and eateries, and an easy walk into the centre.

В целом всё хорошо. Только было холодно в номере . Но есть обогреватель

Отель находится в 5 мин ходьбы от станции метро Китай город. Он расположен на 1-м этаже жилого здания. Номер просторный, есть обогреватель, чайник, холодильник, телевизор и пр. Из недостатков отмечу плохую шумоизоляцию стен - разговор соседей хорошо слышен.

Останавливались на новогодние праздники, все очень понравилось. Номера чистые, кровати удобные, в номере тепло и очень приветливый персонал,ООчень адекватная цена))) В холле есть куллер и кофемашина ,чайник- можно воспользоваться в любой момент совершенно бесплатно. Отличное месторасположение-до красной площади 10-15 минут неспешной ходьбы, рядом куча кафе ресторанов и магазинов. Особенно рекомендую "Хлеб Насущный", очень вкусно, особенно завтраки,расположен в одном здании с отелем. В общем, настоятельно рекомендую отель "Эден"

Hotel is small and also the rooms are pretty small, but if you are walking around town it is not that important. Neighbourhood is great, restaurants, shop and bars nearby and also feels very safe. It is short walking distance to Red Square and metro station Kitai Gorod, so this is great too. They have complimentary water, coffee and sweets all the time which is very convenient, when you forget to buy drinks in the shop.

Este hotel NO EXISTE / DOES NOT EXIST!!...llegue a esta ciudad en la madrugada del 9 de julio / 10 de Julio y al mucho buscar el hotel con el que di porque hay una foto de una puerta dentro de su perfil y menciono no tienen absolutamente ninguna señal ni los restaurantes o locales al rededor lo conocen o ubican, timbre, toque, timbre a los apartamentos del edificio y una mujer muy furiosa me abrió la puerta y mucho le enseñe mi reservación, traduje el nombre del lugar todo y no lo reconoció. Tuve que buscar otro hotel, pero este que NO EXISTE ya lo había pagado y no hubo forma de que me regresaran mi dinero.

Vi spenderade två nätter i Moskva. Hotellet var fint, fräscht och hade trevlig personal. Rummet kanske var lite väl litet men det var inget provlem för oss. Hotellet var bra beläget med ett par minuter till närmsta tunnelbana. Det var också lagom nära till röda torget med en promenad på ca 15min.
Överlag en bra vistelse.

The hotel is located near the red square (almost 10 min walk). It is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed here for almost a week and I had a very good experience. I'd definitely book this hotel again If I came back to Russia. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the luxury room. It smelt of mould, the bed sheet didn’t fit and came off every night. The door handle fell off the bathroom door and we were locked out. The staff were friendly and helpful.
