Vriendelijk personeel en goede bedden.

Cons:

De kamer was erg klein. Wat enorm tegenviel was de stank in de stoomcabine. Veel schimmel op het plafond en in de hoeken. Het was zo erg, ik ben er direct weer uitgegaan.

Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Espetáculo de magia à quinta-feira.

Lençóis sujos. Pedimos para mudar e não foram mudados. Nem sempre foram feitas todas as camas do quarto.

Excellent hôtel malgré quelques ratés dans le ménage
Pros:

La proximité des pistes
Le buffet varié aussi bien pour le petit déjeuner que le repas du soir

Cons:

Certains jours les chambres non nettoyées, sans raison
Dommage ça fait plusieurs années que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et c’est la première fois que cette situation arrive.

Dirty Tiny Room for a kings ransom, no staff or service
Pros:

the breakfast wasn't awful, decent selection for all tastes, good selection of juices, coffee and teas. The Bar area was very nice, had a good selection of spirits, limited on beer.

Cons:

The staff were nowhere to be seen. After a long day on the slopes, wanting to relax with a drink might take longer than you think. When they did show up, they still didn't serve you. Its a place where the customer isn't the priority and they'll get to you when it suits them. The room, the bathroom shower head kept falling, this happened in every room our group was in (4nr). They weren't the cleanest. I had a perfectly square piece of dirt on the ceiling where the painter must of missed. Another in our group had a plaster stuck to the wall for 5 days, its probably still there. For the price we paid, we could have had an all inclusive holiday for a week, instead of a dirty tiny room for 5 days.

Perfecte locatie en fijne plek!
Pros:

Vriendelijke personeel, dichtbij de piste en tegenover de skiverhuur. Ook het dorpscentrum met winkels, restaurants en cafés op 5 min lopen. Wij waren met een groep van 22 mensen. Na het skiën kon je gezellig bij de bar samen komen. Ontspannen sfeer. Er was een biljart, tafelvoetbal en ook een aantal gezelschapsspellen aanwezig. Wij hebben een super tijd gehad!!!

Cons:

De verlichting in de eet ruimte was heel licht. Met een dimmer kan je iets meer sfeer creëren.. Het lekkere eten maakte het weer goed.

Hotel genial para esquiar, a pie de pista y con taquillas para los esquis.
En cuanto al personal todos excelentes, destacando a Adrian, muy muy buen tipo. Asi da gusto, uno se siente como en casa.

Séjour au top dans cet hôtel. Je recommande
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon, l'accueil est excellent, la propreté est irréprochable. Le local a ski est très pratique.

Cons:

L'insonorisation n'est pas top. Nous entendons les voisins parler, leur douche, leur chasse d'eau ainsi que le monde extérieur.
