Fantastic position in the centre of Hermanus but still quiet, super clean rooms , exceptional staff.

Spacious, clean, well located apartment
Pros:

Excellent location, large living area, clean and comfortable accommodation. Great views from the terrace.

Cons:

The bedroom of the ground floor apartment we were staying in was very dark - it had a window facing onto the internal corridor which had fencing around for privacy but meant there was no natural light in the room.
Additionally, on check-in we were asked if we wanted cleaning services during the stay which we agreed to but they did not attend.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleineren Mängeln
Pros:

Sehr gute und sichere Lage, sehr gutes Personal, der Geschätsführer Gerhardt Jooste war sehr hilfsbereit, sehr gute Küche und Wohnbereich mit Balkon und traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer, sehr sichere Parkgarage

Cons:

Schlafzimmer hat kein richtiges Aussenfenster, auch das sehr kleine Bad nicht, das hinter einer Schranktür versteckt ist (Dusche ist sehr gut), zu wenige Schränke für 2 Personen mit Gepäck, Bett ist zu weich, am 3. Tag wurde auf dem Nachbarbalkon den ganzen Tag die Abtrennung erneuert; das war sehr laut und wir konnten unseren Balkon erst abends wieder benutzen; der Pool-Bereich ist nett gemacht, aber viel zu klein für die Größe des Hotels, nur 8 Liegen und nur Blick auf die Hotelwände

Pros:

Прекрасный персонал, прислали подробную инструкцию, помогали с парковкой, вещами, были постоянно на связи. В самих аппартах есть все самое необходимое. Отдельное спасибо за стиральную машину и сушилку, для путешественников это очень важно:)

Cons:

Наше личное пребывание омрачило только верное отключение света, которое коснулось нас в один из дней. И разбитая детьми лампа, которая оказалась очень дорогостоющей

Perfect location on Hermanus Esplanade
Pros:

Beautiful apartment, overlooking the waterfront and very close to the square in Hermanus. Exceptionally comfortable, clean and well equipped. We loved sitting on the balcony watching for whales, seals and birds. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great but that really wasn’t an issue as the apartment was so good we felt completely at home. Secure parking was a bonus. Staff on reception were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing, all good.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre in geräumiger Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zum Pool
Pros:

Die Lage war TOP, das Personal extrem zuvorkommend und das Zimmer sehr geräumig mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Wir hatten eine großzügige Terrasse die über eine Tür mit dem Pool im Innenhof verbunden war. Auf der Terrasse war es schön schattig und der Pool war in der Sonne mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen drum herum. Einfach herrlich für die ganze Familie.

Cons:

Es war alles super sauber. Jeden Morgen wurde der gesamt Poolbereich gereinigt. Auch das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag aufgefrischt, auch wenn es "ziemlich bewohnt" von uns war! Allerdings gab es ein paar Spatzen, die permanent die Terrasse als Urianal nutzten. Hier könnte nachgebessert werden. Sonst war alles Top und wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Compact but well designed apartment with wonderful sea views and very friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location with wonderful sea views from good sized balcony and just a few minutes walk or short drive from restaurants and an excellent selection of shops and very good food stores. Fully fitted kitchen with oven & washer dryer handy for self catering.

Cons:

We should have booked a larger unit as the living space and bedroom/bathroom were quite small but well designed given the limited space.

Loved our stay in the penthouse apartment.

Well equipped apartment in a super location, but rather small
Pros:

Short stay as a family, all well.
One bedroom was very small and had no air condition. It was hot even though the weather was rather wet.
Apart from that, all was fine and the staff was super friendly.

Fantastic location with large apartments
Pros:

The room was actually an apartment with all facilities. It was absolutely spotlessly clean - everything was as brand-new which is terrific. The staff greeted us when we arrived and helped us with our bags. The hotel faces the seafront with gorgeous views of the ocean. Lots of tv channels. The apartment was spacious with a large balcony.

Cons:

Our apartment faced inward toward the pool. Some other guests and tenants were up till late talking on their balcony which stopped me from falling asleep - I should have reported this but didn't, so my own bad. There were kids in the pool from early in the morning enjoying their holidays. The main bedroom's bed was not a king bed.
