Espectacular nada que envidiar al caribe
Pros:

La comodidad lo nuevo y bien diseñado de los cuartos.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas y el acceso a la playa es inmediato.

Cons:

La comida no estuvo mala pero tampoco es espectacular. Es una recomendación para el hotel debido a que si no vas en carro y tu estancia es corta es muy probable que todos tus comidas sean en el hotel, por lo que si deberían mejorar las preparaciones de almuerzos y cenas.

Muy comodo, relajante y tranquilo pero a un alto precio

El cuarto y las instalaciones increibles. Todas las habitaciones con vista al mar.

Cons:

Para mi lo peor fue que no existan fuentes de agua. Solo te dejaban una pequéa botella de agua en la habitacion cuando limpiaban y despues si querias hidratarte tenias q comprar. Entiendo que las bebidas cuesten pero no deberian negar agua a nadie u obligar a comprar sobretodo con el calor que hace en el norte.

Buen hotel buen servicio pero con cosas que mejorar.
Pros:

Buen desayuno bien servido. Mucha variedad. Deberian mejorar algunos platos que cobran caro y sirven poco.

Cons:

Precios de algunos platos altos y poca comida. No hay facilidad para llegar al hotel deberian poner una movilidad para facilitar traslado.

Mi estadía bien, pero mal por la comida

La amabilidad del personal

Cons:

La comida. En años anteriores la comida ahí era deliciosa. Y ahora; simplemente normal y aburrida. Un Calamar a la parrilla pésimo, un pulpo a la parrilla sobre cocido y hasta me tocó tierra (no estaba bien lavado) Es una lástima !

VACACIONES SOÑADAS EN EL PARAÍSO
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno en buffet. Creo sería bueno que haya un equipo de actividades mediante el cual el publico se pueda distraer o de repenre algún show nocturno o Karaoke-discoteca.
