Maravillosa salvo por las condiciones de mi bungalow
Pros:

La atención es excepcional. Todos se portaron de maneja magnífica. Nos sentimos muy bien con todo el personal. Siempre amables, colaborativos, pacientes. La verdad es que tienen un equipo de lujo.

Cons:

La habitación. Reserve el bungalow familiar y la verdad dejó mucho que desear. Instalaciones antiguas, descuidadas y podría decir que, en apariencia, dejadas de cuidar de mala manera. El costo fue elevado y pese a ello, los amenities eran pobrísimos. Por ejemplo, las habitaciones deluxe o suites tienen máquinas de café con cápsulas, mientras que el bungalow tenía tetera eléctrica y sobres de café instantáneo. Asimismo, el shampoo y jabón en las habitaciones regulares eran de marca importada y pegados a la ducha, mientras que en el bungalow eran botellitas y cajitas de jabón. El aire acondicionado del bungalow no enfriaba. Hubiese preferido rentar dos habitaciones deluxe en vez del bungalow.

Lugar espectacular para descansar y disfrutar de este paraiso y con una excelente carta gastronómica

La vista desde el dormitorio..Lindos Sunset y el sonido del mar...La playa excelente y el mar espectacular...

Cons:

Estaban construyendo nuevas instalaciones y el dormitorio asignado estaba pegado a la construccion con todo el ruido pertinente. Me cambiaron por 1 noche a una habitación Deluxe y luego a una habitación Junior suite como la contratada, pero muy lejos del comedor. Otro punto a mejorar es que se contrató el servicio compartido de taxi al aeropuerto y en el trayecto por indicación de uno de los pasajeros, la Van paró en el camino para comprar comida, llegando con poco margen para tomar nuestro vuelo.

Mala suerte o decepción.
Pros:

El hotel es lindo y tiene buena infraestructura en general, pero le falta mantenimiento

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con la puerta de ingreso que estaba descuadrada y se hacía dificil abrirla. El agua se pasaba en el Water, el aire acondicionado echaba agua, me tuvieron que cambiar la tele porque no funcionaba bien. El internet es muy pobre.

Días soñados en familia
Pros:

Todo, me sorprendió mucho, las instalaciones estan bien cuidadas, los jardines, las piscinas, el bungalow familiar lindo, con todas las comodidades, la ubicación excelente, en frente de la playa, la comida riquísima y muy variada, el personal es amable, atentos y tienen un trato muy familiar, mi madre se mareo un poco al hacer un paseo en bote, estuvieron muy atentos, le prepararon una dieta de pollo que no aparecía en carta, y al día siguiente el personal se preocupó por preguntarle como seguía. La verdad que todo esto nos hizo sentir acogidos y mejoró nuestra estancia. Lugar recomendable al que volvería sin duda.

Cons:

Hormigas en uno de los baños me imagino por la humedad. Esto no hizo que mi estancia se viera afectada para nada.
En una de la habitaciones del bungalow no había aire acondicionado pero sí ventilador.
