Pros:

The most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is so kind and thoughtful, it’s not a huge hotel so it’s always peaceful and relaxing, and the views are incredible. We stayed for 3 nights and would go back in a heartbeat!

Lovely hotel, stayed in a finesse suite. Great views of Oia from private pool. Staff absolutely amazing and made our stay extremely personal and nothing too much trouble for them to organise. Breakfast and lunch meals were lovingly produced. Totally enjoyed our stay and couldn’t recommend enough. Especially Zoe who was our designated personal contact.

Pros:

The property and the adjacent room were under construction for half of our stay. Another guest with a dog was heard barking for a majority of the stay. They looked to nickel and dime constantly. You ask for a taxi and they hire a car at increased rates. Hotel room was unsafe. Tight spiral stairs without handrail. Terrible overpriced honeymoon experience.

This property was top notch from the beginning. They arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel for us which made it so much easier for us since we arrived at about midnight. They made sure that we were well taken care of.

The Andronis properties are some of the nicest on the island! This is no exception, the suites are very spacious, the private pool water is not hot but warmer than the main pool which did not seem heated, the spa treatments were quality… the only thing about this place is location. It’s in imerovigli which is between oia and fora. They don’t really have a restaurant there, they have one but it’s more like a pool bar. Must people catch a shuttle to oia that comes every hour and is complimentary if you want to not have to do that I would suggest there other properties in oia and Arcadia looked like the best of those and had a great restaurant called Pacmon where you can see the sunset! If I had a do over I’d stay there instead! Other than that pretty pleased with the experience! The morning breakfast is very good!

Amazing place to stay

What an amazing experience staying at the Andronis. It’s got the best views, best food, and best service. The food was truly some of the best we’ve ever had and we’ve been to many different cities and countries around the world. I highly recommend staying here. The only one downside is because it’s so high up it gets even more wind so I would recommend going no later than early September. We loved it though!

Amazing views from our suite that made our entire trip. I will say the downside is that the pools are not very private. Our neighbors could see us even on our patio. I would like to see more privacy added to both sides of the pool. We also put up do not disturb key but the staff still came at an awkward time for towel service, which we didn’t ask for. The front desk staff was amazing! They all helped us out with day trips and general questions about our suite and the island. The salaon stylist was also spectacular and helped us out in a pinch. The breakfast was really good but the restaurant portions were really small and way overpriced. We tried our luck with room service and the portions were much bigger.
