Супер отель в центре Костромы!
Pros:

Супер отель в центре Костромы!!! Новый, современный, комфортный! Чисто и уютно! Соблюдаются все стандарты безопасности, что добавляет спокойствия! При этом на комфорт проживания это не влияет. Ресторан при отеле тоже очень достойный!

Sans aucun doute le meilleur hôtel de l'anneau d'or, pour ne pas dire le meilleur que nous ayons eu pendant notre séjour en Russie. Chambres confortables, restaurant juste excellent, parking privé, excellent service... J'y retournerais sans hésiter !

Without a doubt the best hotel in the Golden Ring, not to say the best we had during our stay in Russia. Comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant, private parking, excellent service ... I would definitely stay here again!

Все великолепно, отличные завтраки, номера, парковка. Единственное, подушка очень высокая и нам было не очень комфортно спать. Лучше иметь выбор подушек или оставить подушки стандартного размера.

Comfortable hotel with great service
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, it looked 100% like the photo :)
When the mixer in the shower failed, I was really surprised with speedy service - the plumber replaced it with new one within 30-40 mins! (On Saturday!)
PS. Breakfast was so-so - probably the only "not good/great" thing this stay.

Вполне достойный уютный и современный отель в самом центре города!!! Очень порадовал сервис, завтраки и чистота в отеле. Единственный момент, который хотелось бы отнести к пожкланиям - дополнить наборы ванных принадлежностей (зуб.щетка/паста, гигиенический набор) в номерах стандартной категории.

Отличный отель
Pros:

Встречает очень доброжелательный персонал. Очень быстрое заселение. Новые, стильные номера, качественная сантехника. В отеле все хорошо продумано. Достойные завтраки. Не смотря на мороз, в номере очень тепло. С удовольствием вернемся!

Pros:

Отель новый во всех смыслах. Идет ремонт и об этом ни где не сказано, утром грохочет перфоратор. Попала на новогодний корпоротив, спать было невозможно. Персонал не говорит на английском, совсем, туристы вынуждены объясняться жестами. Из плюсов отмечу вкусный завтрак, отличную выпечку, чистоту в номере (частую уборку- это редкость). Стараются, но в целом еще работать и работать.
