Pros:

It’s not a hotel, it’s a hostel type - only 2 common toilets and shower — kindly mention all these details in the site so that cmr is aware of what facilities they are getting -

No parking even clearly indicated :(
Pros:

First impression was not the greatest. This hotel is still under renovation and public places had bad smell. Worst problem was that the indicated free parking place was not available, and hotel claimed they do not offer parking. But the their profile on Hotels.com clearly indicated "free parking". The hotel entrance is located inside a quiet yard where other residents park cars. If this parking were available, this hotel would be really good option in the city center. Unfortunately, wrong information on the profile deceives and hotel obviously took no responsibility for this.

As they were unable to cancel the booking on the spot (claiming it should go through Hotels.com), I decided to stay in the hotel regardless of the parking problem. The rest of the stay was uneventful if you don't consider the second usual sin of SPB hotels - lack of sound proofing. You were able to hear everything other guests did and said - if you are a light sleeper, this might be a serious problem. It is sad that so many hotels do not care about this at all. Location itself was quiet and peaceful, no external noises at all. If you do not arrive by car and do not care about noises from other guests, this might not be a bad option at all.
