The room was great, internet didn't workin the room, breakfast really bad But your staff was exceptional!!!

The room was extremely nice

Cons:

The internet did not work and the breakfast was cold and the eggs were watery. It was not worth $16.95 a piece. Abi at the reception desk was very sweet and helpful

Pros:

There's nothing not to like. Very clean 👌 and the the staff was very nice. The linens on the bed were actually white and crisp. I wore white socks in the room and they were still white when I took them off

Beautiful property and room you just might be treated extremely poorly
Pros:

We got two rooms. The property and rooms were very beautiful.

Cons:

But the experience was awful that the beautiful property and rooms couldn’t even repair. The woman at the counter was beyond rude. Didn’t provide the “incidental” process at all and didn’t know explain that they would actually go ahead and pre auth 50 to my card per room. I understand if that is the process but explaining it to me without an attitude and her rolling her eyes when i became frustrated would have changed my score completely.
