Great location and staff
Pros:

We stayed for a few nights in early October. It's very convenient for restaurants and supermarkets. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool bar/beach area was beautiful. The stay was made special by a welcoming Sofia. She suggested when to go to the beaches due to the weather, and she was right. Also gave great recommendations for meals. All other interactions with the staff were very pleasant. It was a nice stay, and I would return.

Very good
Pros:

Small, nice and friendly. Updated rooms, everything was very clean. The service was great, a family like team working together for years. The waiter remembered how we liked our coffees after the first day. The handwritten list with personal restaurant recommendations was spot on. It’s the small stuff that makes it so good.

Pros:

Wir wurden im neuen Trakt untergebracht, Erdgeschoss, Apartment mit eigenem Pool. Ursprünglich hatten wir eine Junior Suite in der ersten Etage mit Meerblick gebucht, bekamen dann aber ein Upgrade. Wir waren sehr begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great Staff and Great beach hotel.
Pros:

wonderful experience, hotel is amazing, staff is really warm and welcoming, breakfast was great. 10/10. Location was great, the parking was also good, the communication with the hotel before the arrival was also good. We got one room for the beginning of the stay and another one for the end, and the last room was better than the first, with ocean view and everything new.

Cons:

The first room I got was a little noisy because of the street, but it was the room we booked. we also had a small issue with the window not closing but they fixed right away when we informed. It was not really a negative point I think.

Bester Strandabschnitt im Ort.
Frühstück am Strand. Super kurze Wege ins Wasser und hoteleigene Liegen. Wir waren schon vor dem Frühstück baden, fast immer die ersten.
Blick vom Zimmer aufs Meer.
Sehr sehr guter Zimmerservice.
Leckeres Frühstück.
Auf Wunsch Cocktails und Kaffee am Strand...

Cons:

Küchenblock und Kleiderschrank schief und abgenutzt. Für den hohen Preis nicht ok. Haben aus den Koffern gelebt...
Wichtig: Nur 14 Suiten/ Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick, viele Zimmer mit innenliegenden Balkonen, wo man auf dem Präsentierteller sitzt.

Hotel is perfectly located at the beach. Having breakfast with that view is quite something. Staff is amazing. Everyone at the reception is super helpful and gave us information and support every time we needed. We need to shout out to the team at the pool/beach bar though. Aggelos and his team are the best - from breakfast to lunch at the beach and drinks all day. Always smiling and in a good mood, it makes a lot of difference and makes you think twice to leave the hotel and the beach in front of it to go anywhere else.

An amazing stay
Pros:

We will definitely come back! The staff was so incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The beach was very nice and there was always room for the hotel guests. Everyone was incredibly nice. They were always taking the extra mile to ensure a good stay. For example, we had a room with a small kitchen and had wine one night and the cleaning lady even cleaned our glasses next day. The room was very spacious. It is amazing that the hotel has a beach and a restaurant. There is also a water sport station at the beach so you can try various water sports as well. You wake up and walk for 2 mins and have a great espresso freddo by the sea and then take a dip and order an amazing Cretan breakfast. I miss this already!
