Pros:

The room size is good, and the location.

Cons:

The room was cold, i was freezing in march, and they told me the temperature can’t get higher, so they gave me a little space heater. My room also had a hallway with window without curtains looking at the inside garden directly across their restaurant so i felt exposed with limited privacy.

Not what we were expecting
Pros:

We stayed here 10 years ago and had a delightful stay. Instead of searching for another hotel we wanted to return. The hotel had aged. It felt old and worn instead of fresh. Our room did not have a view and the sun caused the room to be really hot through the restroom. I had forgotten about the stairs to get to the elevator so carrying up luggage wasn't that much fun and then taking it back down the stairs. I remember the hotel emphasis on Wine from the region but all they offered was a 3 p.m. meet up. I gather it wasn't cost effective.

Die Lage ist super, Zimmergrösse hat Auch überzeugt und das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Insgesamt ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt

Tolles und hochwertiges Stadthotel
Pros:

Geniales, abwechslungsreiches und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet (u.a. große Auswahl an Käsesorten), sehr guter Kaffee, regionale Produkte. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage mit bequemer Anbindung an Öffis.

Cons:

La chambre était sombre car donnant sur une cour intérieure au premier étage, et pas de rideaux laissant passer la clarté.
Le lit était plus enfoncé d'un côté que de l'autre
Toute une rampe de spots ne marchait pas à notre arrivée et n'a été réparée qu'après 3 signalements
Une petite bouteille d'eau pétillante offerte à l'arrivée mais jamais renouvellée, et pas de bouilloire en chambre ou machine à café

Beyond WUNDERBAR!
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic 2 week stay here (late April to early May). Beautiful, very spacious, immaculate junior suite with great view, very comfy bed, marvelous walk-in shower (terrific water pressure) and plenty of shelf space for toiletries (a rarity even in a luxury hotel, these days, alas). Superbly varied breakfast (especially delicious cakes!). Central but tranquil location in Josefstadt, on a lovely street with great restaurants and cafes, and short walk to Museum Quarter and to the museums and Freyung in the 1st district.
WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL staff who were extremely helpful, very friendly and promptly responsive to any requests, and really patient with my rudimentary German. An immense thank you to Janko, who not only made me the perfect limoncello spritz, but also went above and beyond with restaurant reservations (and cancellations!) and arranged a great private driver for our day trip to beautiful Melk! Vielen Dank also to Philip (the kind, good humored manager), Gloria, and the kind woman at breakfast (i don’t remember her name) who made me yummy tomato and cheese omelets every morning. Vienna is a special place, and staying at this hotel made our trip that much more special. Can’t wait to return to Vienna and stay here again!

P.S. Restaurant recommendations include Trilogie (which Janko suggested), and two places on nearby, gorgeous Spittelberggasse: Lolo and Lola (Filipino fusion) and Collina am Berg (contemporary Austrian). We ate at each of these restaurants twice and would return to each in a heartbeat.

Excellent location, near to useful transportation, bakeries, and grocery stores, yet far from the tourist crush. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was spacious, well appointed, and clean. Despite the presence of a noisy bar downstairs, we never heard it from our room.

Excellent, limite luxueux . Je recommande.
Pros:

Très bien placé pour parcourir les centres d’intérêt de la ville.
Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable. Grande salle de bain bien équipée et douche à l’italienne bien isolée pour éviter des éclaboussures.
Personnel serviable et sympathique.
Ménage fait à la demande et c’est parfait.
Dès l’arrivée dans le hall d’entrée une très bonne odeur qui rappelle les bougies Diptyque m’a tout de suite mis en confiance.
Le nom des chambres en lien avec les vins est super original.

Cons:

Peut être un défaut d’occultation suffisante de la lumière au lever du soleil qui est un peu perturbant.
