Tierra Viva Valle Sagrado Urubamba

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! This place is magical. It is absolutely gorgeous and the views of Sacred Valley and the mountains took my breath away. I’ve never been in a more beautiful hotel. So serene and so so calming. The service is. impeccable, rooms are gorgeous (and large) and the food in the restaurant is delicious!! And the spa… steamroom, hot tub, lounge beds… like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I felt truly pampered. Thank you Tierra Viva Valley Sagrado for a dream stay ✨

Tierra Viva is a beautiful hotel with lovely green areas that create a relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are very comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a phenomenal stay. From the ambiance of the grounds to the hospitality of the staff, everything was awesome! We were in Lima for a wedding and decided to come here for the second half of our stay and we have no regrets!

Lovely hotel/lodge, beautiful settings, lovely staff, we were well looked after. The food was delicious and even catered for us vegetarians for things not on the menu.

This hotel is an amazing value! Tucked away in a remote area of Urubamba, it feels like an Alpine retreat with its unique layout and location.
The rooms are beautiful and well-equipped, with attention to details like treats on the pillows and bottled water, and a blow-dryer.
The lobby staff is very attentive and helpful, even with an overwhelming crowd to attend to, and they were very accommodating in calling a trusted taxi driver for our excursion into the town of Urubamba, and arranging for drop-off and pickup.
The dining room is beautiful and the buffet breakfast was spectacular. We also had dinner in the dining room and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. They even had meals that were suitable for our vegan restrictions.
We scheduled a jacuzzi/sauna session one of our nights there, and enjoyed a luxurious private hour of relaxation after a full day of strenuous hiking.
I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great location to start exploring the valley. Very quite environment. Simple breakfast with the possibly to add various options for free.

I had a wonderful experience at the Tierra Viva Valle Sagrado. Although my time there was only one night I was impress how everyone was so attended. I also had dinner and breakfast at this hotel, and it was great!

This peaceful and beautiful oasis made for the perfect home base for 3 days. The massage therapist was an expert and one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in a long time!

This is a great venue for a visit to the sacred valley. Food was very good and the service was exceptional. They arranged quick trips to Urubamba and Ollantaytambo for our convenience.

The location was very quiet and nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious. Really good stay would recommend

It was a good experience. The staff was attentive but not over bearing. Thr area was clean and the garden area was pleasant to be. The breakfast was standard but additional items could be made upon request included with the stay. We would stay here again if we were returning to the area

Bed super comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Location good for touring, as long as you have a vehicle. Overall very nice and quiet.

Great hotel and restaurant. Staff and service were excellent. Room was warm and clean . Bed was very big and comfortable.
A few things to make this place even better:
- Fiberglass tub was bowed on the bottom making standing on the slick surface a bit hazardous.
- Have an alternative milk or creamer for lactose intolerant.
- the lock in the back door was only a gate latch. Please install a dead bolt. Anyone could easily enter thru this door.

Tierra Viva hotels in Peru are wonderful. This was the second one I had the pleasure of visiting. (Also Machu Picchu) This is a rural area but the hotel/grounds are beautiful. A great place to stay a while. Excellent food and service. I'm so grateful my tour service arranged for me to stay here. I loved every minute.

Fabulous place to rest and recharge, surrounded by nature, views on moutains, and arubamba river nearby. The staff is simply exceptionally great, very customer oriented, ready to go above and beyond to help.
I stayed 4 nights in the hotel, and my unique area of improvement would be the offer in the restaurant. The quality is great, however the choice is limited for several days stay.
I would fully recommend the hotel!
