Hotel sem escadas, apenas com acesso aos elevadores por elevador. Dos 2 elevadores 1 estava avariado e o segundo por diversas vezes reteve os clientes dentro parado com as portas fechadas. Comunicado aos funcionários, disseram que passado alguns minutos as portas abriam. Inadmissível
