Avoid.
Pros:

Not recommended at all. Super expensive. Found dirty coffee cups on the balcony table, non-drinkable water and no options at night for driniking water, dirty drinking glass in the bathroom, fan directly connected tonroom light. THE WORSE EXPERIENCE

check in después de las 10 pm sin nadie en recepción.... solo el vigilante... no es tan bueno

Deberia ser mas economico
Pros:

El sitio es lindo por sus paisaje y clima, pero la falta de mantenimiento de sus instalaciones y el aseo deficiente en zonas comunes y cabaña nos hicieron pensar que el precio no es justo.

Hotel full no debe ofrecer "Pasadía"
Pros:

General la estadía fue muy buena, buenas instalaciones, buena atención, muy buen servicio y la comida excelente, para mejorar no debieran ofrecer el "pasadía" cuando el hotel está full, se le presta un mal servicio a los huéspedes y mal servicio a las personas que pagan por el día. El hotel se vuelve incómodo y los huéspedes nos sentimos muy mal atendidos.

Pros:

El hotel esta bien ubicado
Las cabañas son amplias pero su estado no es el mejor y falta un buen mantenimiento de la pintura de la madera.El desayuno es bueno pero podria variarse el menu para que todos los dias no sea identico
