Очень рада что нашла этот отель. Недорого. Очень просторные комнаты. Чисто. Уютно. Тепло. Тихо. Прекрасный и отзывчивый персонал. Находиться в хорошем месте.

Номера супер, персонал отличный

Чистый просторный номер большой площади. Удобная огромная кровать Постельное белье, полотенца белоснежные....выше всяких похвал. За такую цену - очень хорошее предложение. Мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, тапочки присутствуют. Чайник, чай, сахар тоже есть. Хороший вай фай, можно смотреть фильмы онлайн и работать на ноуте. Двор в котором расположен отель большой и достаточно ухоженный. По расположению очень удобно, пять минут до метро. По улице Гороховой же гораздо приятнее гулять по направлению к Неве и Адмиралтейству, чем по шумному Невскому. До канала Грибоедова также буквально пять минут. Множество кафе, кофеен и ресторанов поблизости. Рекомендую любителям азиатской кухни ресторан Пан Тао поблизости.

Неплохой отель в центре Санкт-Петербурга в 3-4 минутах ходьбы от станций "Садовая", "Сенная площадь", "Спасская". В номере есть практически все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Единственный минус - бронировал номер с гидромассажной ванной, но при заселении сообщили, что он на ремонте (заселили в номер с душем и мини-сауной). Во время проживания в отлеле бвло тихо. В целом - положительные впечатления, рекомнндую.

Номер большой. Есть чайник с чашками, холодильник. Уборка каждый день. Расположение отличное. И метро рядом, да и пешком гулять удовольствие.

I had a really nice stay in this hotel which has a cosy atmosphere and is centrally located in lovely St. Petersburg. Nice restaurants are very close and some public transports as well. The hotel is in a quiet court and is very clean. We had a high ceiling and a very comfortable bed. In some cases the air condition worked insufficiently but this was no problem. We really adored the small fridge.

Из минусов:было немного прохладно,а во дворе дома ведется ремонт

Ottima posizione, hotel nuovo, pulito e ben arredato con receptionist gentile e disponibile che tuttavia parla pochissimo inglese.
Pecca: la presenza di un “locale di signorine” al piano terra di cui ci si accorge dopo poche ore di permanenza presso la struttura.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walking distance from the metro station from the airport. Also very close to key landmarks. There are some good restaurants for all meals, very close and some news agents for bottled water as you can’t drink the water in St Petersburg. The hotel is comfortable but basic, there was no bottled water in the room and when I asked for a second pillow it was declined. The staff were helpful and the lady on checkout had a very good app on her phone to help us understand each other and she help us order a taxi. Also, the bed was comfortable and the room was warm.

Not the best.... rooms are clean but missing any comfort for example only one pillow allowed no water in the rooms no bin tv doesn’t work. The hotel is located down a alley way which is a pain. You can hear every move the person above makes. I would of moved hotels if I wasn’t only staying for 2 nights.

Struttura molto particolare, vicino al centro, silenzioso e pulito.
L'unico neo è che il personale non parla inglese, né nessun'altra lingua straniera. Abbiamo fatto fatica a farci capire, come del resto anche nei vari ristoranti e locali pubblici.

This is not a hotel for normal tourists.

Regular tourist stay away from this appointment house.

The room was nice, but dirty and stinky, we complained 3 times for get it clean...

The main business is renting rooms per hour to enjoy with the "ladies" you can buy at the bar located at the ground floor... some of the "ladies" living in the rooms.

Good place for party animals...stink of smoke every where inside and this is the minimum....

We had massive water leakage from the ceiling at 5 o'clock in the morning, because of some drunk rich Russian man flooded the Jacuzzi tub in his room while his bunga bunga party...

Due to the people smoking in the rooms, fire alarm goes on often.
Very noisy all the night long...

All the staff is very rude, they never said hi or bye, not answering even to a good morning...
The receptionists are real liar, unprofessional and arrogant plus they don't speak not one word of English, I am lucky my wife speak Russian.

I don't know how we resisted more than a week staying, maybe because we paid in advance.

Not recommended at all!

PROS: Buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias, parking gratis
CONS: Nadie del hotel habla Inglés, está en el interior de una manzana, el bar del hotel es un tanto "especial".....

This hotel is placed just off the main street. It has modern, clean and stylish rooms with staff who were very welcoming and spoke English.

The rooms looked like they had been recently redone. The shower in my room was initially not draining very well so I told the receptionist and by the time I returned it had been fixed and there were no issues. One criticism that I did have is that there was no hand soap provided in my room which I found very unusual..

Despite the unusual entrance (I walked through a car entrance and there was small park which made me feel a little uneasy walking through at night as a single female, however it is clearly signposted and there is actually a security guard at the entrance to the hotel (although you can't see him in the dark so you think it is just you and the people hanging about the park), it's also very clearly sign posted that this is the way to find the hotel.

I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel mediocre. Hubo corte de agua toda la tarde y otra con problemas de sistema de evacuación. Personal MUY simpático y servicial.

Da wir spontan nach St. Petersburg um die "Weißer Nächte" erleben wollten und Preise verglichen haben, dieses Hotel war von Lage und Preis unschlagbar.(Suite- Zimmer mit Sauna).Netter und hilfsbereiten Personal.
Befindet sich in ruhigen Hinterhof und mit Wachmann 24std. bewacht.Großer Bett,Wasserkocher mit Tee, Reinigung jeden Tag, 2 TV, Klimaanlage, Internet, Wasserbehälter an Rezeption.
Auf Straße gibt genügend Einkaufmöglichkeiten und kleines Cafeteria zum essen und trinken. In 10 min. laufen bis Nevskij Prospekt( über Sadovaja Uliza). oder Gorochovaja Uliza Einbahnstraße folgen und am Ende nach rechts zur Ermitage.
Wir werden noch mal dieser Hotel buchen.
