Chairty was a great help, room was comfortable for value and location. We'll definitely be back
Pros:

breakfast was hot and delicious Staff was close by for assistance if needed

Cons:

room doors could use work. my door to my room had to be smashed and pulled multiple times to ensure the room was locked

It was a very good stay. The room is clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed.
Pros:

The facilities are clean and the staff is very kind.

The gym equipment doesn't work, and there are few options for working out.

The cleaning was good

Cons:

I didnt like that we had to wait over 40 minutes to get our room, we arrived at 8pm on july 2nd and no one was at the front desk to check in. Phone kepted ringing but no one was around. I emailed the manager and didnt get a responce. Then the check in lady finally showed up and she just didnt seem interested in even being there. Never going back

Definitely expected more cleanliness
Pros:

The staff was very nice and tended to us. We asked for a crib and immediately they came to give us one.

Cons:

Breakfast was cheap, the hallways smelt like lysol and cleaning supplies. In our room the pull out couch had mold on it, and in the bathroom. The front desk receptionist told us “If you give us a 5 star review you can get 2 free snacks” so their reviews are fluffed because people want free snacks and drinks.
