Cons:

My room door was hard to shut. I had to pull it really really hard on my way out & push it hard till I heard it click.
I had to wait forever at the front desk to pay for my snacks. I just left the money there and wrote a note. Went back the next day to get towels for the pool and had to wait. The front desk person wasn’t there again

O hotel é horrível - não caiam nas fotos - é muito diferente.
Tudo fede. a Estrutura é super velha e os carpetes FEDEM demais. A limpeza é péssima.

Mas o PIOR é que o hotel aparentemente abriga pessoas de programas sociais e operários de obras, tinha vários caminhões de obras no estacionamento dificultando parar o carro). NÃO HÁ NENHUAM SEGURANÇA - GENTE ENTRANDO E SAINDO LIVREMENTE - NÃO É HOTEL DE TURISMO. O clima é super hostil e com pessoas estranhas te encarando. Ficamos com MEDO (não tivemos NENHUMA ajuda do Booking e saímos no dia seguinte CEDO, mesmo tendo 5 diárias reservadas.

Cons:

TUDO, mas principalmente a falta de segurança do local, a sujeira e o fedor dos carpetes e do quarto todo e sensação de insegurança do hotel.
