地點很好離一中夜市很近，乾淨舒適程度ok，無煙飯店走廊也無潮濕悶熱或異味，取門卡機很好操作識別，淋浴水量ok，冷氣ok，房間插座很夠一家五口用，附近有很多停車場可以彌補飯店無停車場的問題。以價格來講CP值算高。

個人睡眠習慣問題，可能床非獨立筒比較容易互相影響。

1.靠近醫院，會一直有救護車聲音
2.隔音稍差，聽得到隔壁講話聲
3.晚上沒有櫃檯人員，遇到感應磁卡的感應鎖沒電，打了很多電話也手動補卡，被關在門口約半小時，雖然人員很快到場，因為很晚仍感受略差
