En general todo estuvo maravilloso
Las instalaciones muy bonitas simplemente encantadoras
Mucho. De las personas q atienden en lugar muy antipáticas mal educadas en el campanario q fue en parte q me hospede mucho mugre basuras el balcón sucio la puerta no es segura por q uno cerraba y cuando uno movía la chapa par ver si estaba cerrada la puerta. Se habría sin meter llaves entonces un lugar bonito pero muy descuidado eh fin falta más iluminación para parte trasera del campanario por la seguridad de los mismos huéspedes

No había personal suficiente, no hubo toallas, ni cocktailes que ofrecían, ni muchas cosas que ofrecían no las tenian, no hicieron bien el aseo de la habitación

Lo único es que el servicio del bar es hasta las 5 am, pero no sirven comida después de las 8 pm. Solo se puede pedir domicilio, me hubiera gustado que ofrecieran algo para más tarde.

The facilities are beautiful; from the moment you arrive, you feel like you're in a beautiful colonial hacienda. The architecture is gorgeous, and the pools are large and safe. The staff is extremely friendly, and you feel right at home. I want to sincerely thank them because I went with my family, and we were able to relax and be well cared for without any problems. I would return a thousand times.

Poca oferta gastronómica, la comida es solo tipo buffete. No tienen carta o otras opciones le toca salir del hotel para buscar.

Las instalaciones, lo espacioso, el contacto directo con la naturaleza, pareciese un hotel dentro de un parque. La comida exquisita y con buena presentación. El personal muy atento y amable. Las piscinas Dan la opción de estar en zonas más animadas, o más tranquilas, con unas puestas de sol increíbles, junto al río. En resumen..una maravilla
Lo comentamos allí y quizás faltaría un menú de comida rápida. Hamburguesas o perritos, sobre todo los fines de semana, pensando en la gente que no quiere almorzar o cenar copiosamente.
Excelente alojamiento, excelente comida, excelente atención por parte del personal, excelente servicio por parte de la señora Beatriz.
