No tenían lista la habitación que reservamos a las 15.30 y me ofrecieron una por la cual tuve que pagar 300 usd y extras a la locura que ya me habían cobrado. Acepté bajo la condición que le saquen el olor a humedad y viejo que tenía la habitación cosa que no sucedió
La habitación tenía el piso sucio. Reclamamos y siguió sucio
No teníamos una pulsera o identificación clara de parar en el lugar y dada la cantidad de visitantes, teníamos que estar demostrando todo el tiempo que parábamos ahí, después de las 12 de la noche demoraban en abrirnos y nos miraban con cara de desconfianza, quisieron hacernos salir del ingreso a la habitación pensando que éramos visitantes, etc etc

Efectuamos los reclamos a la recepción, quedaron en analizarnos y jamás hubo una respuesta. Aún esperamos. Entiendo que el extra que nos cobraron NO correspondía

Niezapomniany pobyt w wyjątkowym miejscu z niepowtarzalną atmosferą i fantastycznym personelem.

Pobyt w The Villa Casa Casuarina (dawniej słynnym Versace Mansion) w dniach 23–29.07.2026 był bez najmniejszych wątpliwości jednym z najbardziej wyjątkowych doświadczeń podczas wszystkich naszych podróży.

To zdecydowanie najpiękniejszy hotel w stylu Art Deco, w jakim kiedykolwiek mieliśmy okazję się zatrzymać. Każdy detal zachwyca – od architektury, przez wnętrza, aż po niepowtarzalną atmosferę miejsca, w którym historia spotyka się z luksusem.

Do dziś nie możemy uwierzyć, jak udało nam się zarezerwować ten pobyt. Oferta, którą znaleźliśmy podczas Black Friday na Booking.com, była wręcz niewiarygodna i dziś wydaje się całkowicie nieosiągalna. To był prawdziwy podróżniczy "jackpot".

Hotel dysponuje zaledwie 10 pokojami, a każdy z nich jest absolutnie unikatowy. To nie jest miejsce z powtarzalnymi wnętrzami – każdy apartament ma własny charakter i historię. Ogromnym przeżyciem była możliwość zobaczenia słynnego pokoju Gianniego Versace.

Na miejscu spotkała nas kolejna niespodzianka – zaproponowano nam fantastyczny upgrade do Safari Suite. Pokój z pięknym balkonem i widokiem na tętniące życiem Ocean Drive sprawił, że każdy poranek i każdy wieczór były wyjątkowe.

Na osobne wyróżnienie zasługuje cały personel. Talia, Flama sprawili, że od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się bardziej jak odwiedzający rodzinę niż goście hotelowi. Ich serdeczność, uśmiech, profesjonalizm i autentyczna troska o każdy detal naszego pobytu pozostaną z nami na długo. To właśnie tacy ludzie tworzą magię tego miejsca.

Ten wyjazd miał dla nas również ogromne znaczenie osobiste. Właśnie tutaj świętowaliśmy urodziny mojej dziewczyny, a zaledwie trzy dni później została już moją narzeczoną. Trudno wyobrazić sobie bardziej romantyczne i wyjątkowe miejsce na tak ważne chwile w naszym życiu

Dziękujemy całemu zespołowi Villa Casa Casuarina za stworzenie wspomnień, które zostaną z nami na zawsze.

The Villa Casa Casuarina is nothing short of first class! What an absolutely beautiful property. The public areas and guest rooms are breathtaking, with stunning attention to detail throughout.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I had a wonderful birthday dinner at Gianni’s, which made the celebration even more special. A special thank you to Talia at the front desk, whose warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. It was an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely be back!

Very poor soundproofing.
You can hear workers talking on the floors below, opening and closing doors, swearing, banging things, shouting, and making noise.
There is a diesel generator running outside that is so loud it sounds like it’s right in your room.
The air conditioner is also very noisy.

Piękne miejce z niesamowitym klimatem, kilka spraw do poprawy

Wspaniały usłużny personel, zwłaszcza miła pani w recepcji. Piękny obiekt z bogatą historią, przepiękny pokój, pościel, wygodny materac. Bardzo czysto. Niezapomniane wrażenie.

Cons:

Ogromne karaluchy, których wieczorem było mnóstwo na dachu i tarasach widokowych ale nie tylko , były też w naszej szefie/ garderobie. Byłam przerażona. W oczekiwaniu na pokój nasze walizki były przechowywane w dużym pomieszczeniu na parterze gdzie był straszny bałagan, karaluchy, pajęczyny i straszy smród gryzoni. Takiego miejsca nigdy nie powinien ujrzeć klient, bo w tym momencie czar prysł.

Pros:

Room was huge and exactly the standard you’d expect for ex Versace associated building. Decor outstanding throughout. Food exceptional for both evening meal and breakfast. Pool area just amazing 👌

Cons:

Nothing really, obviously a lot of money for one night but I knew that when booking, it was a one off and for birthday and was worth it.
