The location is good, close to the airport link and other attractions such as Hutong, city centre. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity.
According to my reservation, the check-out time was 3 PM. However, the staff called my room around 2pm and said that check-out was at 2 PM, and that I would be charged a half-day rate if I stayed until 3 PM. I asked them to verify the reservation, but they insisted on the earlier time saying it is the hotel policy. My room key stopped working at 2 PM, which prevented me from using the lift to access the reception (so maybe it is really the hotel policy). This seemed to indicate either a miscommunication between the hotel and Booking.com, or a lack of awareness among the staff regarding certain reservations.
There are lots of restaurants nearby but not a big supermarket.
Finally, the room facing the street was quite noisy due to traffic outside, better to ask for a room facing another side.
Main reception was great, check in went very smoothly and we even got a room upgrade which was incredible - one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever been. Housekeeping was great, really nice and careful.
Both experiences in the restaurant were uncomfortable (not to say bad). On our first night we went to have dinner and they clearly wanted us to eat fast, they even interrupted our meal just to have me paying. Two days after we went for breakfast - we went at 9:55 since we were told that they could serve us until 10:30, but apparently it was only until 10:00. As a result, we had a waiter going after us with the translator saying “take all the food you want because we will start removing it”. Within 5min there was no food and we spent all breakfast with the background noise of the employees laughing, joking and cleaning around the area. We never came back to the restaurant because of this.

It is at an excellent location with many attractions to explore nearby. It is also favorably located with respect to PEK T3, and the related metro stations. It is clearly a high-end hotel that targets an international clientele, which is reflected in the customer-service orientation of the employees.
The air conditioning system was strange; apparently, one cannot control an individual rooms’s temperature, rather it is centrally controlled.
Great location in city centre close to Capital Airport Express terminal station. Busy neighborhood.
Не понравилось · Номера грязные, окна не мытые, всю в грязи и подтёках. В душевой кабине плесень, в ванной плитка с трещинами. Завтраки не вкусные и скудные, со столов грязную посуду не убирают. На завтраке персонал, который готовит "еду своими волосами машет над пищей". Кофе отвратительное. Соки разбавленные водой. Завтраки не вкусные, очень бедные. Проживали с коллегами, все первые два дня уходили голодные. Сделали замечания на ресепшен. Ответ был такой, что гости, которые пришли раньше нас всё съели. Интернет не работал в этом отеле. Приходилось выходить в рядом располагающие кафе или рестораны. После замечаний в номерах не убирали мусор, не докладывали полотенца, короче занимались вредительством
Очень понравилось расположение отеля! Близко к метро и удобно добираться до туристических достопримечательностей!
