The location is very convenient, near AFIMall and metro. Our apartment is on the 57th floor. It had a great view of the city and Moscow River. It was a great stay for our family of 4.

I am writing this review at 3:30 in the morning, as I cannot sleep due to very loud music coming from one of the neighbours. Not only the walls are vibrating, but I can literally hear the lyrics. Right now it is rap! Our two year old finally crashed at two in the morning. I need to be up in couple of hours.

The apartment has other issues, including poor condition of some furniture, light fixtures and bathroom fixtures. Access to hotel amenities such as pool and gym has additional cost of about $70 per person per hour.

I would not recommend this place to families with small children.

I would like to first commend Dmitriy. He was the night manager for my stay and he was super accommodating. He would answer all my questions and knew English pretty well. Which was a definite plus as it seemed no one knew English on the property. He also even printed out some train tickets etc for our trip to St. Pete. He gave great suggestions for nice restaurants nearby etc. Super helpful!

On the other hand, I received terrible service during the day from one of the desk clerks. Her name was Loap or something of the sort. She had dark black hair and was the only English speaker on the front desk of OKO tower. She was very rude when I asked for help directing the uber driver. I felt a bit of racism in her body language. If it wasn’t for the kind service from Dmitriy, I probably would have never stayed in this property again given my encounter with Loap.

New buildings with nearby subway station,mall and shopping center,excellent gym,pool and spa,with excellent views of the city.However the internet connection is poor in the rooms and they didn’t have a pullout bed.Host dimitry was excellent and very helpful.I would definitely go back to stay there.i also visited both the restaurant sixty and also in the oko towers they were excellent.I stayed in federation tower west sky hermitage apartments.

Property had no pool neither a gym then I was told it’s in another complex but I had to pay $100 to use it.. Try to complain however since no of them speak English I did get far..
Wi-fi didn’t work past the living room and we had a broken TV..

No better place to stay in Moscow

I rarely review anything as I am too busy (sorry to be blunt and unfair). But I must rate this booking. Excellent team, excellent support team an service, amazing apartment! You won't find better view, sq footage and luxury in Moscow. I used to stay in 5 star hotels there for years in small space... I know what I am talking about, trust me... This place is modern, luxury, secure and the place itself is like your own media room or club. Night views are spectacular. Can't say enough... will be back soon. Cheers, Eddie
