I was assigned to a very bad room. I complained about it. The young lady i was talking to keep asking me what is it that I don't like about my room, I was explaining everything to her but she wasn't listening. First impression matters. My flight came in late, early in the morning and I needed a comfortable place to rest my head and head on to my conference in three hours but everything was ruined.

Customer service was not good.
Close to the airport, nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable.
Food prices too high for snacks
The location was on point and they had a pool party!
We stayed for two nights and the room didnt get replenished and the shower looked gross, not the cleanest.

Well I spent my 65th birthday celebration there but I've always stayed at this location let me tell you the rooms are always nice the people are always friendly the breakfast is always good the the drivers whenever I need a ride there excellent housekeeping is wonderful it a great feeling when you check into this hotel they actually make you feel like your family and your home well this past week Tuesday I was running late my flight was late and I asked him please could you please hold my reservation I'm going to get there after 1:00 or 2:00 they did and soon as I got in they do my name they said your room is ready they had me check in it was like it was like a one two three check-in thank you to the night crew kenton and and Randy also nio javion and Lauren really made my day I checked out of the hotel went to go get something to eat and realize that I left my wallet at the restaurant when I got back to the hotel they went upstairs after I remember that I put it in the safe when it kind of for me brought it down to me which reminds me guys I lost my watch the last time I was there not this past Tuesday but on my birthday weekend of July the 10th so if you guys happen to see a watch that was left in my room Mr Dumas then I need it I forgot to ask about it when I was there and it was a specialty watch because it had my birthday engraved in it moving on thank you guys thank you so much for making me feel like I was at home everything was great everything was wonderful I can't wait to come back to see you guys again thank you
Location and the bar area
The room smelled mildewy, ac was not working very well, the water stopped working for a while and started shooting out yellow water, they charge for parking which is bizzare considering the prices for the stay, some people have tags and some don’t plus there is no security to verify this "paid parking" is enforced.
Close to airport
The rooms were clean and nice. We loved that they had the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. They smelt amazing!!
I did not like the fact that the one day we were able to go to the pool during our stay that the pool area was rented out by a party and we were not able to take our children to the pool at all!
This party was loud and obnoxious!! There were girls barley covered and twerking as our childern were able to see through any window we were near. It was almost pure nudity.
My husband tried to go to the pool at the time the pool opened up and denied access due to the party that was being set up for. The pool is opened from 10:30am -9pm. The party was scheduled for 10:30am -8:30. Giving no one time to enjoy access to the pool they paid good money for.
Many guests left due to this issue.
The area was not a safe feeling!
Every restaurant in the area you had to have a pass code to enter in the restroom due to the amount of homeless people in the area that would sleep in the restaurant restrooms.
Also, NOTE! Do not look under bridges or underpasses, you may see homeless people having sexual relations in broad day light!!
The hotel does not own the parking lot. It is owned by the airport. You pay the airport for parking. The only security they have is wal mart parking lot cameras.
Also you will not have a parking spot due to the airport using the hotel parking lot for people who are leaving for trips.
The staff were the best part! Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. There was a shuttle to and from the airport.
Nothing! We would definitely come back!
