Great location
Pros:

The location is perfect for access to the airport and the shuttle is super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We checked in at 11pm and waited for 20 minutes for the desk clerk to get off the phone as the line grew behind us. Although we reserved a regular 2 queen room back in October and notified the hotel twice about our late check in, a regular 2 queen was not available when we checked in.

Wonderful if you don't have to park there.
Pros:

Very clean, layout of room was nice bed was comfortable. Temperature of room was good. Liked we could sign into our Netflix account.

Cons:

Parking!! the spaces were too small and not enough parking. I had rented a car and needed to park to fly out the next morning and it was not good at all.

Horrible got no sleep all night or morning

Lovely place

Cons:

We had noise the entire night I called downstairs and asked could they help or come to my room to hear themselves. They said no and they didn’t have another room because they was fully booked. The next morning I tried to speak with the front desk and when I say rude the rudest I have ever seen. It was still going on come to find out it was a room that they had supply’s in above us and because of the event going that night it was constant in and out. I was totally disappointed

Very good location nice people the company needs to step up their game with this property
Pros:

The location is perfect close to love field. The staff was very helpful the bartender very courteous.

Cons:

No restaurant available throughout the day. The cold food available was very scarce. The lobby feels extremely cold and uninviting.
My room was OK although my electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work so I wasn’t able to get ready for my day as needed. I’ve had electrical problems in this hotel a few times.
