It was good

Cons:

The payment should have happened at the hotel but they took the 1st night 1 day before then they had to charge extra and it was confusing it took 30 min to understand why but not a big deal. the AC in the room you have to wake up 2 times to fix it as the tepm changed during night. the location is far from the center, when we we came to chick in 1 room was not ready and we had to wait for a shift change.

Great location but old tired rooms

The location is great. The room was spacious. Staff tried their best

Cons:

The property feels very tired and desperately needs a refresh. The room was like a time capsule from 20 years ago. Still no idea how the AC works (and I grew up in a country where we all have AC). One of the sink was blocked. The black out curtains were partially broken and felt like they’ve never been washed in 10 years. Strange stains all over. Some of the chairs in the room the legs were half broken. The AC in the bedroom was hidden behind the tv we struggle to find it. The hot water takes 5 min before it starts to come out hot. The towels feel old and thin and dirty I think those towels must be 10 years old as well.

Could have been better
Pros:

Good air conditioning, and Fast elevators.

Cons:

Waited 1 hour ans 15minutes after their check in time for my room, TV mobile connect & phone wasn't working.

Ein wunderbares langes Wochenende in Amsterdam!
Pros:

Es war einfach super! Tolle Lage, gute um überall mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hinzukommen. Wir waren für ein Konzert in der Stadt, welches in der Fußballarena stattgefunden hat, dafür wirklich ideal gelegenes Hotel. Schöne, moderne Zimmer, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vor allem auch schönes Badezimmer. Bequemes Bett. Ruhige Lage. Das Frühstück war klasse. Überaus freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ich war rundum zufrieden.

Cons:

Nichts - zumindest nichts relevantes. Hatte mehr aus Versehen ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht, die Aussicht konnte man aber nicht wirklich Aussicht nennen.
