Pretty good
Pros:

The cozyness and the personnel

Cons:

The temperature of the shower water changed pretty frequently and the electricity went off. When i wanted to contact the people they didn’t answer until the next morning

Good value for the money
Pros:

Great staff, very accommodating. Early check in and easy to communicate. Room was nice and value for the money.

Cons:

Not that is the fault of the hotel but next door is a huge shop with electronics and they blast during the working hours the same promotional announcement over and over until you get mad. If you do not stay in the room during the day is ok.
The hotel staff were very accommodating and they gave me another room.

If you just want a place to sleep, it's a good choice considering the location.
Pros:

Located on the south side of the old town, the location is excellent. The room was spotlessly clean and there were no issues. There are a fair number of restaurants and other options within walking distance. Traffic isn't too bad, so it's easy to get around by Grab. This is a good option if you're just looking to get a room to sleep.

Cons:

There is no elevator, so it may be a bit inconvenient for those with heavy luggage. You should bring your own bathroom amenities, except for shampoo and body soap.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay so much, location, stuff , hotel.
It exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommended

Cons:

I wish the balcony had a small table and chairs. Nothing else that I can think of.

Love love love this hotel- worth the price!!
Pros:

The hotel had daily room service, bed was very comfortable, had great AC, showers were hot and powerful. Located at the border of the old town, 10-15min walk to the centre, great restaurants around, gate market open every night. Staff were very friendly and smiley all the time! They gave us bottles of water everyday. Has a communal area with a microwave, hotel also does laundry service. We loved the city and hotel so much we extended it for 1 more week. We will definitely come and stay here again!!

Cons:

You can hear the electronic store at the back of the hotel during the day, but we were out most of the time and usually peaceful when the store shuts

Clean comfortable great shower
Pros:

The receptionist was really friendly and helpful, he also helped us with our bags when we arrived and when we left.
The room was very clean, had what we needed and the shower was powerful and warm.
There is also a place in the communal area for eating and heating any food which was found really convenient

Cons:

For us the bed was quite hard and on the smaller side which interrupted our sleep a little

Kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Ich war nun schon zum zweiten Mal Gast im C Hotel Boutique and Comfort. Ich bedanke mich für den sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit...die Lage ist hervorragend um die Stadt auch zu Fuß zu entdecken.
Ich komme gerne wieder 😊
