la posizione nella parte antica della città è sicuramente un plus per raggiungere ristoranti e negozi e palazzi antichi, anche se essendo in zona chiusa al traffico bisogna parcheggiare fuori dal parte antica a andare a piedi trascinando le valigie...grande disagio..
La colazione non è all'altezza della qualità del Hotel, buffet normale, mancanza frutta fresca, macedonia praticamente solo mele..pochi dolci, marmellate industriali..caffè così cosi..
Inoltre dalla reception basata al piano terra, bisogna fare le scale a piedi con le valigie per salire al 1° piano e poi fortunatamente cè l'ascensore.
Noi eravamo nella C8 bellissima camera, ma il rumore dei condizionatori di altri hotel è molto disturbante..

The stairs to the first floor are a bit challenging
This place is excellent. The only minor quibbles would be the standard ones these days, namely the bathroom has a glass door which sounded like it was going to break any second, and the bathroom wall is also opaque so that privacy is not exactly 100% and also if you need to visit the bathroom at night, you wake up people trying to sleep. Also the bathroom door was not exactly insulated, so you get to enjoy the sounds emanating from the bathroom. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It is perfectly in the center of Chania old town. The staff was so friendly! We were so sad to leave. We will be coming again!!!
The hotel is located at the heart of the old harbour, but very quiet and super cozy. Breakfast was amazing, the room was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious.
