Pros:

Lindo lugar , buena ubicación, muy amables, pero muy descuidado y desaseado, toallas sucias y percudidas , polvo y telerañas , comida regular , comedor sucio, personal con pésima presencia, sucio, mal vestido y sin bañar. muy costoso para un servicio tan regular.

Pros:

The concierge Fabio was wonderful, built a fireplace fire for us, cooked breakfast, and then took us to the spa across the street with a hot suana, after a hike up a trail.

Gorgeous mountain views
Pros:

This place is situated in beautiful landscape ! The hotel could have been nicer if they would it have take care of small details like renatal bicles... Hiking trails... And heated rooms!!
Was very disappointing with the spa not near of what they advertise!!
