Overall Cleaning conditions are shocking
Liked the brightness of the room and convenience of the room controls (lights etc). The coziness of the room and the TV is a good size. Liked the ease of HDMI TV to LapTop.
Could not get food at the hotel when arrived was told to wate until after 5 pm. The hotel guard helped when I told him I hungry and he pointed in the direction of a KFC. A short walk from the hotel. Found a manager who was nice and spoke English.
All and all they are afraid of helping foreigners like me. Apprehensive in using their language skills. I think that's why no one wanted to help me.
No hellos or smiles.
It is just by the train station. Very convenient! New hotel and fantastic service. It would be better if they could have more dining restaurant
Awesome condition, huge comfortable room and decent breakfast. Downside is the location which isn’t close to any shopping.
Nice, clean hotel. I had an executive room, which is very big. Everything was as expected, good breakfast.
