Eine kleine ruhige Anlage. Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet, TOP 180° Meerblick vom Balkon, kleine gemütliche Gartenterasse mit Beschattung. Frisches und leckeres Frühstück, freundliche und aufmerksame Betreuung, familiäre Atmosphäre, deutschsprachig.
Comfortable suites with excellent views, lots of privacy and multiple nice seating areas. Breakfast is great with many homemade delicacies. There is a nice pool but also a beach within walking distance.

From the moment we arrived, Despina welcomed us so warmly and showed us to our place. Both Despina and Elena , were such wonderful host’s throughout our stay. The property itself is outstanding, with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean that made everything feel so peaceful. We spent much of our time relaxing by the pool, completely unwinding. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with plenty of delicious homemade foods. We also loved being able to walk down to the secluded beach—so quiet, with crystal-clear water that was surprisingly
warm. Let’s not forget Ari the resident dog he is adorable.

friendliness of staff at check in , cleanliness of apartment
second bedroom was very small and contained only one single bed when we arrived ( see photos below ) even though the listing said it contained two. The staff offered to add another single bed, but we declined because room was so small it would have made it impossible for adults to move around. As a result, the third adult of our group had to sleep on the couch in the living room which was very uncomfortable and led to a poor night s sleep. We requested a partial refund to account for the very small second bedroom, the absence of second bed and the bad night sleep, but they declined. Concept of keeping the customer happy evades them . Breakfast was very spartan and filter coffee only, no espresso machines
Great “Filoxenia”, Mrs Despina and Elena are the perfect examples of what Greek hospitality is all about. We loved everything about this property stunning sea views! Our suite had a private pool which was a delight every day for all to enjoy. The property’s proximity to Nafplio, other picturesque villages and beaches and let’s not forget the amazing complimentary breakfast, from homemade pitas, fresh eggs, fruits and vegetables every morning Mrs. Despina went out of her way to pleased all her guests.
Super spot, lovely host, excellent home-made breakfast and comfortabel beds. Amazing view just go there!

Amazing view of the sea. The suite was exceptional with a/c in each room, very comfortable beds, kitchen utensils and everything you may need. Nice balcony overlooking the sea and also small terrace with table and chairs where you can sit in the shade and enjoy an afternoon with coffee and a good book. The pool area and the pool itself is very clean and we spent a lot of time there. The two ladies taking care of the property are very nice and looked after us all the time. The hotel is close to Paralio Astros (about 8 min drive) for a nice evening out for coffee or dinner. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
The only omission I can think of was the lack of a dispenser ewith soap for your hands in the bathroom. Truth is we didn’t ask so maybe it was just forgotten during cleaning and preparation of the room. We used our own.
Clean, comfortable, friendly and accommodating host (thank you, Despina!), spectacular view of mountains and sea, wonderful multi-course, home-baked breakfast, near some great ancient ruins, not too far from Athens but a world apart from that bustlng city. Great swimming pool too!
