El servicio de limpieza excelente

Really great location. Noisy but that was to be expected. Needs some sort of signage indicating that the place even exists. Other than the location number there was nothing to let us know this was the actual place. Our cab driver kept going around in circles thinking this was not the proper place.

El WiFi es intermitente. Imposible para trabajar. No existen reglas claras para la política de invitados. El personal tiene múltiples interpretaciones sobre eso. En las noches - madrugadas, no hay quién atienda, por un momento quedé encerrado.

Son instalaciones muy antiguas les hace falta remodelacion

confortable, gente amable en la recepción. Yo volveré, me senti bien acogido.

Hotel antiguo, bien ubicado, una,limpieza más profunda de dormitorios, personal amable y dispuesto a responder a tus dudas. Tal vez produzca en un principio cierta desconfianza, ya que hay vida nocturna cerca del hotel con música en vivo, personalmente no me pasó nada, llegaba a medianoche y nunca tuve problemas.
Pedí cambio de dormitorio para no tener tan cerca ruido de la calle y se me aceptó .
Falta lámparas o apliques para lectura, y no tener que levantarse apagar luz central.
Por ubicación y servicios otorgados los valores me parecen razonables.

Mala experiencia. No hay agua caliente. Todo precario.

The remodeled rooms are fair.
The non-remodeled rooms are skanky.
Breakfast was instant coffee and toast. Period!
Front desk staff were super helpful!

You really get what you pay for. Its proximity to everything made it ideal fif me. Rooms facing the plaza can get as but noisy but the view is the amazing. This is not as luxury hotel but the historic buiding makes you feel like it is.

El hotel bien situado a pocas cuadras de la Plaza de Armas. Bonita vista hacia la plaza San Martín. Habitaciones básicas, pero muy aseadas....

it is centrally located and has a great view from the bedroom

The pictures shown on the hotel website were very misleading:

1. The room is small and dirty;
2. Very dim lights
3. Very noisy as it's facing the Plaza San Martin even at 1.00a.m i could hear people shouting below my hotel room.
4. The receptionists at the counter spoke mostly in Spanish and language is really a great barrier in this hotel.
5. Very dusty floor
6. My room was haunted! The toilet locked from inside by itself! My room mate could hear some female voice saying "hello, hello, hello ....." It's very eerie!!!!

Only Spanish spoken, the bathroom was mouldy and the bed linens were shabby

It needs more cleaning in general,decoration and furniture very old, the bathroom looked in bad condition and horrible but it seems to be clean
