Nu au paturi matrimoniale, doar câte 2 paturi aduse împreună ca să pară unul singur matrimonial, ai noroc dacă nu cazi între paturi😂, în rest totul perfect, o cazare super!❤️

A fost pt prima si ultima data cand eu mai merg acolo!

Peisajul, personalul

Cons:

Baie mica, canapea patata, sa ajungi la piscina treci printr un coridor neincalzit corespunzator, prin intreg restaurantul si ajungi la spa( apa rece in pisinca , mizerie, miros de clor).

Pros:

Amplasarea este excelenta, aproape de partie, zona frumoasa

Cons:

Curetenia nu a fost conform asteptarilor, nici nu s-a dat cu aspiratorul in camera, camera super mica pentru pretul cerut.
Calitate - pret sub asteptari!

Close to amenities , was overpriced for what it was but it is peak season for skiing so I suppose it’s to be expected me

Close to the snow

Cons:

Reception staff was not very clear and was on the phone the whole time to someone why checking us in at the same time I know people can multitask but I was not really sure what parts of the form I was suppose to be filling in at the time. Also had a family above us was banging and kids running up and down until around 11:30pm banging in the floor above

Cons:

В новогоднюю ночь нас не покормили . Предложили за 350 € меню на одного человека . И мы в таком отеле остались голодными . Больше сюда не приедем !

Персонал не клиентоориентирован .
Самый дешёвый номер - 500€ , а никто не предложил помощь с багажом .
