朝食のおにぎりワンプレートは部屋で食べても構わないのでビジネスホテルなのに朝から部屋食気分でお得感。
多忙な出張中のメールチェックをしながら快適な朝食で最高！

清掃が行き届いていない。換気扇の吹き出し口のホコリと山、ユニットバス浴槽のカビ、特に部屋窓の結露にやる窓のカビ。

2人のカウンタースタッフさん背の高い
銀ブチのメガネの方
黒ブチメガネの方エレベーターボタン押して頂き
ドア閉まるまでお辞儀して頂き凄く感じ良かったです！

チェックアウトの時背の高い銀ブチの肩女性スタッフ方が表出て来て
両腕上げて手を振っていてビックリしたのと自然と笑顔になり嬉しかったです！
また高知行ったらご利用したいです！
5泊お世話になりました。

バスマットが補充されて無かった残念でした。

一泊するには許容できるが金額的に高い
Pros:

交通の便が良く中心部に近いため、食事に行きやすかった。
24時間駐車したが、駐車場料金が安かった。
スタッフの方々が丁寧に対応してくださった。

Cons:

金額の割にはホテル自体が古く、外の音が聞こえる。エアコンの音がうるさく、他の部屋のシャワーの音が聞こえる。朝、隣部屋の掃除の音や職員の方の声が聞こえる。

Good!
Pros:

The best of this place is definitely the staff. They are super friendly. Breakfast was included in my reservation and it was very Japanese and tasty; definitely enough.

Cons:

My only problem was the Wi-Fi. I strongly suggest that they check the routers; signal was so weak.
