Went in off season. Closed down a lot

Perfectly good hotel in the town centre... Parking is difficult.

Nous avons été accueilli par le réceptionniste de nuit qui était tout simplement adorable. Le sourire, le calme, le professionnalisme…nous avons échangé quelques mots. Il a pris le temps, le temps de nous rencontrer, de nous guider…nous rencontrons des personnes très humaines tout au long de notre voyage. Merci à eux, dans ce contexte si difficile

There is no on-site parking. Parking is several blocks away from Hotel.

Lo hotel se queda en lo centro de Thiva, pelo que tienes todo a pie.
Lo unico problema es lo Parking, muy limitado.

Well kept luxury hotel located in the very heart of town. Restaurants within a block. Employers were very polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel, very kind and helpful staff. Great location in central Thebes. Nice toiletries. Good elevator. Breakfast was nice with some self service and some items brought in like coffee and eggs. The only issue is parking it at least there is no way to drop luggage at the hotel, so be prepared to carry luggage a block or two. Otherwise a gem of a hotel.

Lovely clean hotel. Great location payed parking 400 metres away. Breakfast ok.

Nettes Hotel zentral gelegen in der Fussgaengerzone. Kostenlosen Parkplatz habe ich ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt gefunden. Einziges Problem, anscheinend gab es ein Festival (oder es war ein normaler Samstag) aber da ich ein Zimmer zur Fussgaengerzone hatte war es relativ laut bis spaet. Fruehstueck war nett.

Great option for a stay in Thebes. Staff was great and ow er was very helpful.

Hotel is nicely located on a pedestrian-only road in the center of town. That makes it a little difficult to find since you can't drive up right to it. Once there, it is right where you want to be with restaurants and cafes all around. It was hot so we kept shades and door closed for AC. Even so, we could hear soft crowd noise and music from street until 2 am. If we had window open I think it would have been very loud.

There's no parking near the hotel. Uou should either pay for parking lot or find one in the street. No way to reach the hotel with a car.

Great place, very clean, staff is so helpfull and the owner is great also. Great little villlage if you want to see real Greek atmosphere this place is where you should go in Thiva

Very nice hotel, in a great area. A little hard to find, if you don't know the area, but a very nice stay.

Hotel on town square, it was a weekend therefore very noisy outside. Hotel room dated but very clean and good wifi. Has no parking, you have to park in a public lot about 400 m away.

Finding the place was a nightmare. It's in a mall.
The reception is spectacular and the checkin was pleasant.
The room was tiny with the bed against the wall on one side, only one bedside table and lamp.
It was all clean and fluffy towels though, airconditioning worked thankfully. Location is good for eating options.
Thankfully was only a one night booking and it was quite inexpensive.
