The worst hotel I've ever stayed at
Pros:

The hotel did not have the type of rooms that I reserved, and they charged me for the problems that were already in the rooms to fix them. The staff harassed us the entire time we were at the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

El hotel se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, pero las llaves del baño les hace falta mantenimiento. El baño no se observa aseado (tiene suciedades concentradas), para el frío bogotano no hay cobijas. Las toallas desgastadas y el desayuno (muy malo).
Preferi salir a desayunar afuera el segundo día. La relación con el precio es inequitativa.

Pros:

I chose this hotel because it was near the US embassy where my mom had an appointment and made a reservation for 10 days. Before checking in I informed the receptionist I was only staying for 4 nights and my mom would check out as soon as she got her VISA, to what he recommended to pay in full and he would refund the nights we didn't use. I canceled 5 nights meaning they had to refund me $150. Also my mom was nice enough to change to a smaller room after I left to help them accommodate a big family. They refunded me only $50 (in Colombian money) out of the $150 they were supposed to. Not honest people.
