Overall good but bathrooms need renovating
Pros:

Overall, it was quite good. I booked a deluxe room and the room itself was quite nice and the bed reasonably comfortable. The bathroom decor is not modern though.
No elevator in the hotel either.
Overall, quite ok in the deluxe room for the price and 3.5 star hotel.

櫃檯服務冷漠，沒有同理心
Pros:

櫃檯沒有笑容算是正常，旅店沒電梯是我們訂房沒注意到也不算他們的錯，但我們三大箱行，每個超過二十公斤，請對方給個低樓層，卻給我們最高（四層）樓最遠方一間，似乎是故意為難的行為，不僅網路不通，主燈閃爍不停，幾經波折，才換到二樓一間比較陽春的房間，差價當然不會退，更誇張是沒供暖氣，整晚冷到睡不好！但第二天，櫃檯服務員換了人，暖氣就沒問題了，也有了人的基本溫度，所以我認為應該是第一晚服務員個人的問題，朋友說有些俄羅斯人歧視亞洲人，我們是真的遇上了！
