It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Within walking distance of the town and beaches
Very noisy people next door. Banging of door, shouting and thudding down the corridor. Woke up 2 nights running due to thinking they were trying to get into our room.

Clear information sheets in room
Bit disappointed the shower wasn't hot. Could only get it lukewarm. Didn't see any staff during the stay as our key was left in an envelope with our name on and wasn't sure where to leave it on checkout
Great location to visit Tenby, staff very friendly, spotless clean breakfast good ( although I thought I had booked breakfast in with booking. Com) a misunderstanding but they let us have wot was available on the sat & let us pay for breakfast on the Sunday. Honesty box for the bar if you wanted to get a drink. I would definitely recommend cottage court! Also nice outdoor decking area to have a drink.

Nothing to dislike.
Close to the town and in easy walking distance. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed and was clean.

Peaceful location and about a 15 minute stroll to the centre of Tenby or a 5 minutes in the care.
Would definitely stay again .

We found it a bit strange that we never actually saw a member of staff at all during our stay, apart from the waitress at breakfast. Key was left in an envelope on the closed reception desk for check in.. No one was on reception the whole time we were there. An emergency number to call if required… however I called the number 3 times with a query (not an emergency) & had no response. A bit concerning as had it been an emergency we would have been without help. I did email & my query was eventually resolved.
Staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were great and brilliant location. Hotel was on the run route for the Ironman. Short walk (uphill to bike route). Short walk to north beach where the swim is held. Near to the town for fab restaurants and shops.
