Didn't have breakfast
Good breakfast . Warm room with good bed
What a friendly place so happy with our stay. Everyone was so friendly and happy. Breakfast was really nice
There was nothing
The location and check-in were great. Lovely area outside for the summer.
My room needed a deep clean and wasn’t up to standard. It’s a shame, but I won’t be returning.
Staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were great and brilliant location. Hotel was on the run route for the Ironman. Short walk (uphill to bike route). Short walk to north beach where the swim is held. Near to the town for fab restaurants and shops.
Sausages at breakfast!
Hotel was value for what was paid. Breakfast was good . Would stay again.
We found it a bit strange that we never actually saw a member of staff at all during our stay, apart from the waitress at breakfast. Key was left in an envelope on the closed reception desk for check in.. No one was on reception the whole time we were there. An emergency number to call if required… however I called the number 3 times with a query (not an emergency) & had no response. A bit concerning as had it been an emergency we would have been without help. I did email & my query was eventually resolved.
Friendly staff, comfy bed, powerful shower, very clean, kettle in room, quiet, parking place, good location.
Thin walls you could hear the neighbours using the toilet in middle of night and flush and any use of the taps woke us up.
Comfortable hotel. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was very good too
Room a little small for a double bed, other than that fine.
No fruit option. Not everyone wants a cooked breakfast.
Everything was fine otherwise.
The room was a good size with separate room for dressing.
Breakfast of good quality
Staff very friendly
Not much really
Bit awkward parking in top spaces at the back.
Couldn't get car out one day.
It was a really nice and clean accomodation, the staff is really kind and the breakfast is very good.
No fridge for our stuff
We booked the room n°3 (with external bathroom). Yes, indeed, it is the cheapest accommodation in Tenby as the owner often mentions in reply to guests' negative reviews BUT... there is a minimum service to ensure when you run a B&B!
1) My husband has asthma and in the middle of winter in such humid environnement he found myself in a totally cold and damp room. Heating times are absolutely crazy: one hour of heat in the afternoon, nothing between 5 and 8 pm and one hour of heat from 8 to 9. Basically, instead of having a rest we kept all our clothes including jackets and waited under the blanket until it gets any warmer, at least for a while. There are already several reviews for this accommodation mentioning the same issue! We called the owner on the first evening asking for an extra electric heater. Instead, he told us he would re-launch the central heating just for us as he could manage it at distance (heater itself being prrfectly fonctionnal otherwise). This promised "extra heat" only lasted for 1 hour. He showed no sign of understanding and even told us it's our fault as we dared opening the window on arrival (it was necessary as they apply a very artificial room spray and the place was unbreathable - we kept the window open during 15 min). No, dear owner, the problem was that the heater both in the room and in the bathroom were simply cold most of the time while the outside temperature was at -2°C... We took a picture on the following early morning of all the draught accumulated on the window glass due to the room being cold and damp (see below). We hope you'll get an inspection soon as this certainly doesn't meet any basic hotel requirements.
2) The sound isolation is inexistant. We could hear each and every step of the couple upstairs, their snoring and other activities that we wish we never heard...
If the owner had ensured sufficient heat, we would have probably had a nice stay.
Friendly staff went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble lovely place great location
There was nothing I didn't like but I think a shelf in bathroom for toiletries would of been handy and maybe a shower mat on floor as I almost slipped 😊
Breakfast was loverly and served quite.quick
Only fault i found was the bed was uncomfatable
Bardzo dobre śniadania,miła obsługa,pokoje czyste i mile
Brak lodówki w pokoju
