En una escala del 0 al 10 lo valoraría con un - 3!! Llevamos una semana viajando por India y sin duda la peor estancia de todas con diferencia!! Al hacer el check in nos decían que teníamos que pagar la habitación, cuando la teníamos confirmada y pagada desde la noche anterior; cuando vieron qie estaba pagada nos dijeron qie no tenían habitación disponible; tras más de una hora discutiendo con ellos, nos dieron una habitación en la que no nos habían dejado ni toallas ni papel del baño, la ropa de la cama extremadamente sucia, y lleno de moscas. El interruptor de la luz estaba roto por lo que hemos tenido qie dormir toda la noche con la luz encendida. Se supone qie había agua incluida y ni nos la han ofrecido. El WiFi no funcionaba. Para colmo el desayuno estaba incluido en la reserva y nos han hecho pagarlo!!!
I booked it online and paid for superior room, however to our surprise we were given a very small, clumsy room with foul smell. Lizards and cockroaches were wandering in room and AC was not working. After complain at reception he showed us 7-8 rooms, all were of the same condition. some how we chose one room as it was 12 mid night and we had no option as we paid in advance online.
Then it took 1.5 hr to get the water bottles for drinking water. our 7 years son slept thirsty. House keeping never picked up phone and reception kept saying that we are sending water soon. Their 'soon' happened after one and half hour when I had to go down to reception and shout at staff.
Room smelled like hell, the staff weren't cooperative, electricity supply was not good, key to room doesn't work, every time we had to reach out to reception to get this open.No drop facility was provided to the guests. AC was turned off intentionally and we thought that something was wrong, overall a very horrible and terrible exp, hence I won't recommend this to anyone.
